    On calzedonia.com you can pay via: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay (only on Safari browser), Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Gift Card / e-Gift Card.

  • Can I pay my order with a physical Gift Card bought in a store?

    Yes, the Gift Cards bought in our physical stores can be used online on calzedonia.com. In the checkout you will need to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your card.

  • When is the amount charged on my credit card?

    For payments made via credit card and PayPal, the amount of your order will be authorised automatically upon plaacing the order and charged only when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Is my payment safe?

  • Why does my payment seem charged twice?

    There is a difference between authorisation and payment: when you make an online order there is always the payment authorisation. An authorisation is a pending payment or an amount withheld in a payment account. It is not a real charge and is usually shown in the pending charges section of credit cards. The actual collection is only made when the garments come out physically from our warehouse. If you see the amount authorised as collected, please contact your bank directly so they can "unlock" the amount withheld.

  • Where can I find my Invoice?

    Your invoice will be sent to your email address once the order is shipped. You will also have the option to resend it from your order details if you have an account or from the "Follow your order/return" link at the bottom of our website by clicking the resend button.
