PREAMBLE

CALZEDONIA Hong Kong Limited, a company under the management and coordination of Oniverse Holding SpA, with registered office and administrative office in 6F, Shun Ho Tower, 24-30 Ice House Street, Central, Hong Kong, makes discounts, advantages, and services available to customers who wish to benefit from them at "Calzedonia" stores (both direct and affiliated ones participating in the initiative) and on the website www.calzedonia.com/hk/en.
To benefit from these advantages, it is necessary to become a holder of the Calzedonia loyalty card: the issuance of the Calzedonia loyalty card (hereinafter the "Card") and its use are governed by the following conditions (hereinafter also the "Rules"), which the "Recipient Customer" must read carefully.

The activation of the Card, in the manner described in point 6 below, implies the Customer's acceptance of these Rules.

Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to periodically modify, even partially, these conditions, and the relative modifications will come into force 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication on www.calzedonia.com/hk/en.

In the event that the "Recipient Customer" does not accept the changes made, they will have the right to cancel their registration, a right which, however, they are entitled to at any time as specified below.

The use of the Card, after the modifications have come into force, entails in any case the acceptance, by conclusive actions, of the changes made.

Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited also reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, at any time, this loyalty program, without the Customer having any grounds for complaint in this regard (subject only to the respect of the rights already acquired by participants up to that moment), giving notice thereof on its website www.calzedonia.com/hk/en and/or at the points of sale participating in the initiative.

These Rules are always available for consultation at www.calzedonia.com/hk/en.

2. Participation Channels

All “Calzedonia” stores, whether these are managed directly by CALZEDONIA Hong Kong Limited (so-called “direct stores”) or are franchises and, therefore, managed by other businesses (so-called “franchise stores”), which are taking part in the scheme by displaying the associated advertising material and information. The list of stores participating in the scheme can be viewed on the e-commerce website www.calzedonia.com/hk/en.

4. Type / Name / Purpose of the initiative / Duration

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program that grants exclusive benefits to holders of the digital card called "Calzedonia Lover" (hereinafter also the "Card"). The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty program that grants benefits to Customers who hold the "Calzedonia Lover" card. Without prejudice to what is specified in the introduction, in point 7 ("Operating Methods") and in point 10 ("Interruption of the program – Card Deactivation – Miscellaneous"), the "Calzedonia Lover" card is not subject to expiration.

Adult end customers who hold the Card according to the registration and operating methods indicated below.

6. Registration Methods

The card may be issued to the Customer in paper format directly in one of the points of sale located in the Territories listed at point 8.1. The Customer must then “activate” the above mentioned card at www.calzedonia.com/hk/en/loyaltylanding or directly in each point of sale with the support of the sale assistants.
Registration for the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program will require the creation of a specific "Calzedonia Lover" account that will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce site.
The registration systems will prevent minor Customers from subscribing to the loyalty circuit. Activation/registration takes place in compliance with privacy regulations. The Calzedonia Lover Card is personal and non-transferable. Each Customer may not activate more than one during its validity. The Calzedonia Lover Card is for private and non-commercial use only.
The Customer may freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer care at 080008250933 (This is a paid number. The cost is equivalent to a national call; the rate depends on the telephone operator), or by accessing the website www.calzedonia.com/hk/en/loyaltylanding.

7. Operating Methods

The Card will give the customer the opportunity to benefit from discounts, promotional operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be appropriately advertised and communicated from time to time. The Customer may take advantage of the dedicated benefits simply by showing their Card to the store staff or by accessing the dedicated area on the website www.calzedonia.com/hk/en. Every communication inherent to participation in the loyalty program and strictly essential to the provision of the services related to it (such as, by way of example, confirmation of successful registration/cancellation, attribution of dedicated discounts or reserved gifts) must be understood as necessary for the execution of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these rules, the Customer consents to receiving such communications which will be sent to the contact details provided in the program registration form. Refusal to receive such communications will make it impossible for Calzedonia Spa to carry out the program and provide the services connected to it. Any refusal expressed during the course of the program will lead to its automatic interruption.

8. Benefits

Customers holding the Calzedonia Lover Card will be able to benefit from numerous discounts, promotional operations, prize operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be appropriately advertised and communicated from time to time.
The Customer may only take advantage of the dedicated benefits upon presentation of their Card.
In particular, the following discounts are defined as of now:

  • Free shipping on e-commerce purchases;
  • Free returns on e-commerce purchases;
  • 30% discount on the Customer's birthday, valid for 31 days from the date of the birthday and cannot be combined with sales and other promotions.

9. Program Interruption – Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous

Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Calzedonia loyalty program and its related services at any time and at its own discretion.

Notice of such modifications, suspensions, or interruptions will be given by inserting a suitable notice on the website www.calzedonia.com/hk/en and/or at the participating points of sale.

Without prejudice to any other right provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it in case of use of the Card in violation of the conditions set out in these Rules or in case of abusive use or use detrimental to the image and brand "Calzedonia".

Furthermore, subject to prior notice, Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to deactivate the Card and the related activation/registration in case of non-use of the Card or Customer inactivity for a period exceeding 5 years. In the event of revocation and deactivation, the Customer will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits and services of the Calzedonia loyalty program.

Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences connected to malfunctions of the loyalty program that do not depend on its own will.

Calzedonia Hong Kong Limited is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or abusive use of the Card.

10. Information on the Processing of Personal Data
