• Can I purchase an e-gift card online?

  You can purchase your e-Gift Card online directly from this link.

• Where can I use an e-Gift Card?

  You can use your e-Gift Card online and in participating stores. To use the e-Gift Card in store, show the cashier the email you will receive and provide the PIN code that it contains. Please note that only one Gift Card / e-Gift Card can be used per online order.

• I have purchased a gift card in Calzedonia store. Can I use it online?

  Yes, you can, so make sure to use the Gift Card as a payment method at the checkout. To do this, we ask you to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your card. Kindly note that the e-gift card can be converted into a physical gift card only if it has never been used for an online purchase.

• How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?

  You can check the balance directly at this link.

• Do I have to activate my e-Gift Card after purchase?

  No. The e-Gift Card can be used immediately together with the associated email address. After selecting the payment method during the checkout phase, you can enter the number from your e-Gift Card.
  
  To use it correctly, make sure you use the e-mail address where you received your e-Gift Card.

GIFT OPTIONS

• Can I purchase my order with a gift wrap?

  Calzedonia offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY (do-it-yourself) package.

• Can I place a single order with multiple gift-wrapped products?

  While placing your order, you can choose which items to put in the gift box. However, it is not possible to select more than one gift box per order. To include other items in another gift box, we recommend placing a new order. In any case, you can add the DIY kit option (Self Kit to package items at home) and add the required amount to the items you want to package. We remind you that you can both choose the Gift wrapping option and add the DIY (do-it-yourself) kit to the same order.
