• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The cost of the standard delivery is €4.95 and free for any order over €50. The cost of the express delivery is €8.95.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Standard delivery is within 5-6 working days and express delivery is within 2-4 working days, if the order is placed before 22:00. All orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
  During holidays and big commercial events (ie. Sale, Black Friday, etc), there may be slight delays in order shipping.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" option on the website.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
