Shop at Calzedonia.com, and in case an item does not satisfy you, you can return it for free. Remember you have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and make your return request. For reasons of hygiene and related to the health of the consumer, swimwear and beachwear must be tried on while wearing your own underwear. On Calzedonia.com you have the opportunity to return the products with the courier.
Follow the steps below:
1. Go to FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN or to your account page.
2. Fill out the return form online and select "RETURN WITH COURIER". Print out the return label and attach it to the package.
3. Arrange the pick-up date with the UPS, who will pick up the products directly from the address provided by you. Also, you can drop off the parcel at the nearest UPS access point. Calzedonia will cover the return costs from your address to our warehouse in Verona. Express shipping is insured for the value of the goods.
4. You will be refunded to the original payment method once your items arrive to our warehouse and your return has been approved.
The return-form cannot be modified after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before giving it to the courier. In this case, you will have to contact the Customer Service after you receive a refund for the items that were on the return form. Please make sure that all the articles you wish to return are sent back in a single shipment.
Please return each order separately with the corresponding return label in order for the refund to be processed correctly.
This option is not available in our system. You can return the items you do not wish to keep for free and place a new order.
If you change your mind and you don’t want to return the items anymore, you don’t have to contact the UPS courier to book the collection of your parcel.
Exchanges are not possible for online orders. You can return your item free of charge and get a refund.
You can find the label by clicking on "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" and entering your order number and last name. Select "Return" and then click on the "Download the label" box.
Please, contact UPS Customer Service to arrange another pickup date. You can also return your package with the same return label to a UPS Access Point.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (for orders purchased with a credit card and PayPal; and provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the store, to the courier or to a pick up point.
After your return is approved, you will be refunded for the instalments already charged, while the instalments not yet charged will be canceled. In case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining instalments and you will be refunded the rest if necessary.
The initial shipping costs you have paid will only be refunded when you have returned all the items in your order. Therefore, if you return only some of the items you ordered and keep others, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
