You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on calzedonia.com, you can directly access the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the "TRACK DELIVERY" section.
Please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to place an order on your behalf with credit card as the payment method (you will receive an email with a payment link).
We kindly ask you to send us the following information:
- list of products that you want to order (quantity, color, size)
- contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number)
- delivery details (full address for home delivery).
If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you want us to place your order as a logged-in registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy .
The modification of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section within 15 minutes from the purchase. We remind you that the order cancellation is not possible for orders paid with Gift card. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. See the "'Returns and Refunds" section for more information.
The price for Express delivery with UPS Carrier is €8.95. Standard home delivery costs €5.50 and standard delivery to a pick-up point is €4.50. SPRING Carrier will provide standard deliveries to both home and pick-up points. Shipping is free for "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program members and orders over €60.
Express delivery will arrive within 2-4 working days. Standard home delivery and standard delivery to a pick-up point will take up to 4 working days, provided the order is placed before 22:00. Orders placed after 22:00 will be processed on the following business day.Make sure there is someone at home to receive the order on the expected delivery days. Calzedonia.com will also deliver to your workplace if this is more convenient for you, let us know during checkout.
For customized products, it might take around 2 working days longer than the delivery times advertised. Also we would like to inform you that during the holidays and the beginning of the sales, your purchase could be delayed on shipping.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You can request a return by entering the "RETURNS" section after logging in to your account (if you're a registered user) or you can simply access the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN and return section. In order to log in, you will have to enter the surname indicated at the time of the purchase, as well as your order number. You will find the details of your order under the "RETURN REQUEST" button and should complete the form by selecting the item, the quantity, and the reason. The return is possible with the carrier or by selecting the return-to-store option. If you have selected the return with the courier, please don't forget to print out your return label. For more information, please consult our Returns and Refunds section.
The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the store or to the courier. The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.

Calzedonia offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY (do-it-yourself) package.
