• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The cost of the standard delivery is €6,95 and free for any order over €40. The cost of the express delivery is €8,95.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Standard delivery is within 6 working days and express delivery is within 2-4 working days if the order is placed before 22:00, all orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. Make sure there is someone at home to receive the order on the expected delivery days. Calzedonia.com will also deliver to your workplace if this is more convenient for you, let us know during checkout. For customized products, it might take around 2 working days longer than the delivery times advertised. Also we would like to inform you that during the holidays and the beginning of the sales, your purchase could be delayed on shipping. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian public holidays* will be processed on the next working day.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to "ORDER STATUS AND RETURN" option on the website.

• Can I place an online order and send it to a different country from my own?

  Make sure you place your order from the Calzedonia website of the same country you would like for it to be shipped to. Also remember that the billing and shipping addresses have to be in the same country.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
