We would like to inform you that you can register in three ways:

Request registration at a Calzedonia store. You will receive a virtual card by email, which you can view at any time in your Calzedonia Lover account and in all communications related to the loyalty program. You can save the card in your digital wallet so that it is always at hand.

Through the website. By creating an online account, you will be automatically enrolled in our Calzedonia Lover loyalty program.

By contacting Customer Service.

Contact our Customer Service via email at hello@calzedonia.com to register the card.

In the event of loss or theft of your Card, you should visit any participating Calzedonia store to request a replacement. After verifying your identification details, the lost or stolen Card will be cancelled.

You can request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting Customer Service via email at hello@calzedonia.com.

If you have a Calzedonia Lover account and wish to proceed with the deletion, follow the steps below:

Log in to your account.
Select the “MY DATA” section.
Click “DELETE ACCOUNT”: by deleting your account, you will also cancel your membership in the loyalty program.
