Standard delivery to a PostNord Pick-up point

3–4 working days (3 working days for orders placed before 11:59 PM) , 49 kr.

Standard home delivery

4-5 working days (4 working days for orders placed before 08:00 AM), delivered by PostNord, 49 kr.

Express home delivery

3-4 working days (3 working days for orders placed before 8:00 AM)., delivered by PostNord, 69 kr.

Courier delivery

• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The cost of the standard home delivery/standard delivery to a pick-up point is 49 kr while the cost for express home delivery is 69 kr. Standard delivery for orders over 600 kr is free of charge. PostNord will be your courier.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Orders made until 23.59pm will be delivered within 3 working days for delivery to a pick up point. Orders made before 8 AM CET will be delivered within 3 workings days for express delivery and 4 working days for standard home delivery. Any orders made after these times will leave our warehouses on the next business day. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.
  For customized products, it might take around 2 working days longer than the delivery times advertised.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" option on the website or in your account.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
