• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The cost of the standard home delivery and standard delivery to a pick-up point is 49 DKK and free for any order over 500 DKK. PostNord will be your courier.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Delivery is made by courier within 3 working days (standard home delivery and standard delivery to a pick-up point) if the order is placed before 09:00, all orders placed after that time will be processed on the following business day. Make sure there is someone at home to receive the order on the expected delivery date. Calzedonia.com will also deliver to your workplace if this is more convenient for you, let us know during checkout.
  For customized products, it might take around 2 working days longer than the delivery times advertised. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• How can I track my order?

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?
