It is a loyalty programme which, through a collection of points on a card called Calzedonia Lover, provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account). We inform you that you can register in two ways:
- VIA WEB SITE:
if you have registered correctly on our website, you will receive an email with the codes of the virtual
card within 24 hours of registration.
If you wish to convert your virtual card into a physical card, you can go to the store nearest you and
request a replacement. We remind you that registration must be made directly from our Calzedonia website
at the Link.
- IN CALZEDONIA STORES

Contact our customer service to register the card.
You can accumulate points by buying in Calzedonia stores and online at www.calzedonia.com. If you go to
a store, do not forget to identify yourself by presenting your ""Calzedonia Lover"" card or by
indicating your name and surname used to activate it.
If you place an order online, you must log into your account/customer area (which is connected to your
Calzedonia Lover card) before completing the order. Points will be accumulated once the actual payment
has been made.
In Latvia each Euro spent in one of the stores participating in the Loyalty Program and on
www.calzedonia.com will earn one point. Loyalty points will be automatically accumulated on the
activated card. Points are accredited according to the following scale: amount spent per purchase will
be, as part of the calculation of points, rounded to the lower round sum if it included decimals.
For example: 1 € = 1 Euro = 1 point. You can find the complete regulations on this link.
Points will be counted daily and automatically by the computer system, from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in store): in the event of a technical incident, their accumulation can be achieved over a longer period. If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will not be counted. The activated card may nevertheless be used immediately for a purchase, but the points corresponding to it will only be credited at the time of the registration to the Loyalty Program.
As indicated by our regulation, returns will generate the debit of the points according to the same criterion as the credit. For more details you can consult the regulation at the following link.
The issue of a "Calzedonia Gift Card" will generate the crediting of the related points. Subsequent purchases paid partially / totally with Gift Card by the owner of the same will therefore not generate any credit points for the value part of the receipt paid with Gift Card. You can freely request at any time to be canceled from the loyalty program by contacting our Customer Service.
