PREAMBLE

CALZEDONIA Sverige AB, a company subject to the management and coordination of Oniverse Holding SpA, with registered office in Stockholm (SE), 111 60 Holländargatan no. 20, organizational number 556936-8995, makes discounts, advantages, and services available to customers who wish to benefit from them at "Calzedonia" stores (both direct stores and franchises taking part in the promotion) and on the internet site www.calzedonia.com to customers who would like to benefit from them.
To take advantage of these benefits you must be a Calzedonia loyalty card holder: the following terms and conditions (hereinafter also “Conditions”) govern the issue and use of the Calzedonia loyalty card (hereinafter the “Card”), which the “Customer Cardholder” should read carefully.
The activation of the Card, in accordance with point 6 below, implies that the customer accepts these Conditions.
Calzedonia Sverige AB reserves the right to amend all or part of these terms and conditions from time to time, and these amendments shall enter into effect 10 (ten) days after their publication on www.calzedonia.com.
If the “Customer Cardholder” does not accept these amendments, they shall be entitled to cancel their registration, which in any event they shall be entitled to do at any time as set out below. However, use of the Card, after the amendments have become applicable, shall constitute acceptance, by implication, of the changes applied.
Calzedonia Sverige AB also reserves the right to suspend this loyalty program, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without the Customer having any right to complain (subject to any rights already held by the Customer-Holders at that time being upheld), by giving notice on its website at www.calzedonia.com and/or at stores participating in the scheme.
These Conditions can be consulted at all times at www.calzedonia.com.

2. Participation Channels

All "Calzedonia" branded stores, whether managed directly by Calzedonia Sverige AB (so-called "direct stores") or affiliated and, therefore, managed by other legal entities (so-called "affiliated stores"), that participate in the initiative by displaying the relevant advertising and informational material. The list of stores participating in the initiative can be viewed on the e-commerce website www.calzedonia.com.

4. Type / Name / Purpose of the initiative / Duration

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program that grants exclusive benefits to holders of the digital card called "Calzedonia Lover" (hereinafter also the "Card"). The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty program that grants benefits to Customers who hold the "Calzedonia Lover" card. Without prejudice to what is specified in the introduction, in point 7 ("Operating Methods") and in point 10 ("Interruption of the program – Card Deactivation – Miscellaneous"), the "Calzedonia Lover" card is not subject to expiration.

6. Registration Methods

The card may be issued to the Customer in digital format directly at the point of sale by accessing the website Visit Calzedonia's official website: https://www.calzedonia.com/se/en/loyaltylanding/ or by contacting customer care at hello@calzeodnia.com.
Registration for the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program will require the creation of a specific "Calzedonia Lover" account that will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce site.
The registration systems will prevent minor Customers from subscribing to the loyalty circuit.
Activation/registration takes place in compliance with privacy regulations. The Calzedonia Lover Card is personal and non-transferable. Each Customer may not activate more than one during its validity. The Calzedonia Lover Card is for private and non-commercial use only.
The Customer may freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer care at this email hello@calzedonia.com or by accessing the website Visit Calzedonia's official website: https://www.calzedonia.com/se/en/loyaltylanding/.

7. Operating Methods

The Card will give the customer the opportunity to benefit from discounts, promotional operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be appropriately advertised and communicated from time to time. The Customer may take advantage of the dedicated benefits simply by showing their Card to the store staff or by accessing the dedicated area on the website https://www.calzedonia.com/se/en/ or through the specific APP. Every communication inherent to participation in the loyalty program and strictly essential to the provision of the services related to it (such as, by way of example, confirmation of successful registration/cancellation, attribution of dedicated discounts or reserved gifts) must be understood as necessary for the execution of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these rules, the Customer consents to receiving such communications which will be sent to the contact details provided in the program registration form. Refusal to receive such communications will make it impossible for Calzedonia Sverige AB to carry out the program and provide the services connected to it. Any refusal expressed during the course of the program will lead to its automatic interruption.

8. Benefits

Customers holding the Calzedonia Lover Card will be able to benefit from numerous discounts, promotional operations, prize operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be appropriately advertised and communicated from time to time.
The Customer may only take advantage of the dedicated benefits upon presentation of their Card.
In particular, the following discounts are defined as of now:

  • Free shipping on e-commerce purchases;
  • E-commerce returns are free.
  • 30% discount on the Customer's birthday, valid for 31 days from the date of the birthday and cannot be combined with sales and other promotions.

9. Program Interruption – Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous

Calzedonia Sverige AB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Calzedonia loyalty program and its related services at any time and at its own discretion.
Notice of such modifications, suspensions, or interruptions will be given by inserting a suitable notice on the website Trendy Swimwear, Legwear & Socks⎹ Calzedonia and/or at the participating points of sale.
Without prejudice to any other right provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Calzedonia Sverige AB may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it in case of use of the Card in violation of the conditions set out in these Rules or in case of abusive use or use detrimental to the image and brand "Calzedonia".
Furthermore, subject to prior notice, Calzedonia Sverige AB reserves the right to deactivate the Card and the related activation/registration in case of non-use of the Card or Customer inactivity for a period exceeding 5 years. In the event of revocation and deactivation, the Customer will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits and services of the Calzedonia loyalty program.
Calzedonia Sverige AB is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences connected to malfunctions of the loyalty program that do not depend on its own will.
Calzedonia Sverige AB is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or abusive use of the Card.
