• How much does the delivery cost?

  The cost of the standard home delivery is 95 KR and for standard delivery to a pick-up point 69 KR. Both deliveries are free for any order over 649 KR. Shipping is free for Calzedonia Lover loyalty program customers and delivery to store. The cost of delivery is fixed and is not based on the quantity of products delivered.

• What is the delivery time for my online order?

  Order before 9 AM CET and your goods will be delivered within 4 working days (Standard home and standard delivery to a pick-up point). Any orders made after that time will leave our warehouses on the next business day. For store delivery, it will take 4-5 business days. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by entering the order number and your surname in the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section and clicking on "TRACK DELIVERY" or in your account.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

• Can I have my order sent to a Calzedonia store?

  Yes, you can! Before proceeding to payment, you will be able to pick a Calzedonia store as a delivery option. The delivery will take from 4-5 business days and it's free of charge. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the order is in store.

• What is the delivery time for in-store pickup?

  The delivery will take from 4-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order is delivered to the store and from then you will have 10 days to pickup your purchase. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.

• Can I pay for the order upon delivery?

  Currently, we do not offer this type of payment. You can learn more about it in our Payments section

• I have not received an e-mail confirmation about the delivery of my order. What can I do?

  Please log into your account and make sure you used the correct email address during your purchase. In case you are not a registered member, you can visit Follow your order/return to check your order. If the email used is correct, please contact our Customer Service for more information about your order

• Can someone pickup the order instead of me?

  Yes, someone else can pickup your order instead of you, as long as they present the e-mail confirmation and a copy of your ID card.

• I haven't picked up my order on time, how will I receive my refund?

  If you do not pick up your order in the 10 days after delivery, you will receive an e-mail stating that the order will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.
