It is a loyalty program which, through a collection of points on a card called "Calzedonia Lover", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account). We inform you that you can register in two ways:

- ON THE WEBSITE:
if you have registered directly on our site and registered correctly, within 24 hours of registration you will receive an email with the codes of the virtual card. If you wish to convert your virtual card into a physical card, you can go to the nearest store and request a replacement. We remind you that the registration must be made directly from our Calzedonia site at the link.

- IN CALZEDONIA STORES

Points will be counted daily and automatically by the computer system, from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in store): in the event of a technical incident, their accumulation can be achieved over a longer period. If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will not be counted.
The activated card may nevertheless be used immediately for a purchase, but the points corresponding to it will only be credited at the time of the registration to the Loyalty Program.

As indicated by our regulations, returns will be charged for points according to the same points accreditation criteria. For more details, you can consult the regulations at the following link.

In case of loss or theft of your "Calzedonia Lover" Card, you will have to go to any of the Calzedonia store to request a replacement: the point of sale will verify the identification data, the lost Card will be cancelled, and you will immediately receive a new card that will allow you to recover any points already accumulated and not used.

You can freely request the cancellation from the loyalty program by contacting our Customer Service.
