You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/ RETURN" section (at the bottom of Calzedonia home page). In order to see the information on your order, you will have to enter the surname indicated at the time of the purchase, as well as the order number. In this section, you can check and monitor your order through the "Track order" section.
Please contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to place an order on your behalf with credit card as the payment method (you will receive an email with a payment link).
We kindly ask you to send us the following information:
- list of products that you want to order (quantity, color, size)
- contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number)
- delivery details (full address for home delivery).
If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you want us to place your order as a logged-in registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy .
It is not possible to make changes to orders made at calzedonia.com. Therefore, it is not possible to change the quantity/size and/or add/remove items. Your order will be processed on schedule in our warehouse. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. See the "Returns and Refunds" section for more information.
Order before 14:00 (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 2 - 4 working days (express delivery) or within 6 working days (standard delivery). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day. We would also like to inform you that during the holidays and the sales period, your purchase could be delayed on shipping. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.
Yes, you can always change your mind on Calzedonia.com and return them free of charge through the return online procedure that you can find on "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia SpA in a single shipment. You'll be refunded through the original payment method.
Shortly after filling out the return form on your "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" page, you will be able to download the return label which will allow you to return your items completely free of charge.
