Terms and conditions of the “Calzedonia lover” loyalty program

Premises

Futura Lenjerie 2010 S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, Popa Lazăr street no. 5-25, block C14, 1st floor, room 5, district 2, registered at the Trade Register of Bucharest under number J2010007257402, VAT number RO27230001, and Calzedonia S.p.A., a company subject to the management and coordination of Oniverse Holding S.p.A., with its registered office in Malcesine (VR), Via Portici Umberto Primo no. 5/3, and administrative headquarters in Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), Via Monte Baldo no. 20, VAT code 02253210237, provides customers with discounts, benefits, and services for those who wish to take advantage of them in "Calzedonia" stores (both directly operated and franchised stores participating in the initiative) and on the website www.calzedonia.com.
To benefit from these advantages, it is necessary to become a holder of the Calzedonia loyalty card: the issuance of the Calzedonia loyalty card (hereinafter referred to as the "Card") and its use are governed by the following conditions (hereinafter also referred to as the "Regulations"), which the "Recipient Customer" must read carefully.
The activation of the Card, according to the methods described in point 6 below, implies the Customer's acceptance of these Regulations.
Futura Lenjerie 2010 S.R.L. and Calzedonia S.p.A. reserve the right to periodically modify these conditions, even partially, and such modifications will enter into force 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication on www.calzedonia.com.
If the "Recipient Customer" does not accept the applied changes, they have the right to cancel their registration, a right they can exercise at any time, as specified below.
The use of the Card after the changes have entered into force implies, in any case, their acceptance through conclusive conduct.
Futura Lenjerie 2010 S.R.L. and Calzedonia S.p.A. also reserve the right to suspend this loyalty program, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without the Customer having the right to make any claims in this regard (respecting only the rights already acquired by the participants up to that moment), by providing information about this on the website www.calzedonia.com and/or in the stores participating in the initiative.
These Regulations are permanently available for consultation on www.calzedonia.com.

1. Organizer

2. Participation Channels

All stores under the Calzedonia brand, whether directly managed by Calzedonia S.p.A. (so-called "direct stores") or affiliated and therefore managed by other legal entities (so-called "affiliated stores"), that participate in the initiative by displaying the relevant advertising and informational materials. The list of participating stores can be consulted on the e-commerce website www.calzedonia.com.

4. Type / Name / Purpose of the Initiative / Duration

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program that offers exclusive benefits to holders of the digital card named "Calzedonia Lover" (hereinafter also referred to as the "Card"). The purpose of the initiative is customer retention through a loyalty program that grants benefits to Customers holding the "Calzedonia Lover" card.
Without prejudice to the provisions specified in the introduction, in point 7 ("Operating Procedures"), and in point 10 ("Program Interruption – Card Deactivation – Miscellaneous"), the "Calzedonia Lover" card has no expiration date.

Customers over 18 years old, Cardholders, in accordance with the registration and usage methods indicated below.

6. Registration Methods

The Card can be issued to the Customer in digital format directly in the store, by accessing the website www.calzedonia.com/loyaltylanding, or by contacting customer service at the number 0454520011 (toll number; the cost is equivalent to a national call, with the rate depending on the telephone operator).
Enrollment in the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program requires the creation of a dedicated "Calzedonia Lover" account, which will allow the Customer access to their personal page on the brand's e-commerce website. The registration systems will prevent underage customers from enrolling in the loyalty program. Activation/registration is carried out in compliance with data protection regulations. The "Calzedonia Lover" card is personal and non-transferable. Each Customer may not activate more than one card during its validity period. The "Calzedonia Lover" card is strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
The Customer may request to withdraw from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer service at the number 0454520011 (toll number; the cost is equivalent to a national call, with the rate depending on the telephone operator) or by accessing the website www.calzedonia.com/loyaltylanding.

7. Operating Procedures

The Card offers the Customer the opportunity to benefit from discounts, promotions, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be periodically communicated through appropriate channels. The Customer can take advantage of these benefits simply by presenting the Card to the store staff or by accessing the dedicated area on the website www.calzedonia.com or the dedicated app.
Any communication related to participation in the loyalty program and strictly necessary for the provision of related services (e.g., registration/cancellation confirmation, granting of dedicated discounts, or reserved gifts) is considered essential for the execution of the program. By accepting these regulations, the Customer expresses their consent to receive these communications, which will be sent to the contact details provided upon registration. Refusal to receive these communications makes it impossible to run the program and provide the associated services. Any refusal expressed subsequently will lead to the automatic interruption of participation.

8. Benefits

Customers who are part of the Calzedonia loyalty program can benefit from numerous discounts, promotions, prize initiatives, and special initiatives, which will be properly promoted and communicated at specific intervals.
The Customer will be able to take advantage of the dedicated benefits upon presenting their 'Calzedonia Lover' Card. Below are the current advantages / benefits:

  • Free standard shipping and returns for all purchases, in-store and online.
  • On the Customer's birthday, they will receive a 20% discount voucher, valid for 31 days starting from the customer's birthday. The coupon has no minimum purchase value, cannot be used for items on sale, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Customers can access exclusive promotions, e.g., Summer Bag, Member Days.
  • Access to Pre-sales.
  • Priority when contacting customer service.

9. Program Interruption - Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous

Futura Lenjerie 2010 S.R.L. and Calzedonia S.p.A. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Calzedonia loyalty program and the related services at any time and at their absolute discretion. Specific communication of such changes, suspensions, or interruptions will be made by posting a corresponding notice on the website www.calzedonia.com and/or in the stores participating in the initiative. Without prejudice to any right provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Calzedonia may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it if the Card is used in violation of the conditions established in these Regulations, or in case of abusive use or use detrimental to the image of the "Calzedonia" brand.
Furthermore, after providing information, Calzedonia Spa reserves the right to deactivate the Card and its activation/registration in the event of non-use of the Card or Customer inactivity for a period exceeding 5 years. In the event of cancellation and deactivation, the Customer will no longer be able to use the benefits and services of the Calzedonia Card.
Futura Lenjerie 2010 S.R.L. and Calzedonia S.p.A. are not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences regarding malfunctions of the loyalty program that do not depend on their will. Futura Lenjerie 2010 S.R.L. and Calzedonia S.p.A. are not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or illegal use of the Card.

For information on personal data processed for the participation in the loyalty program, please refer to the Privacy Policy link, paragraph “Why do we process your data?”, “Calzedonia Lover Loyalty Program”.
