  • How can I return items from an online order?

    Order at calzedonia.com and try on your products. If they don't meet your expectations, you can return them for free to one of our stores If you want to return your products to a Calzedonia store, just follow these steps:

    • 1. Go to FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section or to your account.

    • 2. Click on "RETURN REQUEST", fill out the return form online and select "Return to store".

    • 3. Prepare the package and take it to the selected store.

    • 4. You will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to place your online order.

  • How can I return my order to a Calzedonia store?

    You can find all the details of your order by accessing the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section. Once you enter this section with your surname and order number, click on the "RETURN REQUEST" button and complete the form by selecting the item, the quantity, and the reason. Once you have printed your Return Authorization, you can take the parcel to the selected store. The refund will always be made with the same method of payment chosen at the time of purchase. Remember that you have 10 days (from the moment you filled in the online return application) to go to the store. The point of sale can't refund the amount of your return in cash.

  • I have ordered the wrong size/item/colour for my purchase, can I change it?

    We cannot process an exchange, but you can return your item for free and start a new order.

  • I have already filled in the return form online and want to change it, what can I do?

    The return form cannot be modified after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can still make a return to the store and the store assistants will make the necessary adjustments in the system.

  • Can I change the selected store after filling in the return form online?

    It is not possible to change the store for return once you have completed the return procedure online.

  • Can I exchange the items from my order in a store?

    This option is not available. You can return the items you do not want to keep for free and place a new order.

  • How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

    The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the store or to the courier. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.

  • I didn't pick up my online order sent to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?

    In case you do not pick up your order within 10 days from delivery to the store, you will receive an email informing you that the refund will be processed through the same payment method used when placing your order. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.
