CALZEDONIA SPA, a company subject to the management and coordination of Oniverse Holding SpA, with registered office in Malcesine (VR), Via Portici Umberto Primo no. 5/3, and administrative headquarters in Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), Via Monte Baldo no. 20, VAT number 02253210237, together with VERUDELA d.o.o., with registered office at Anžurjeva ulica 2d, 1260 Ljubljana Polje, VAT number SI97703958 (hereinafter jointly the “Promoters”), makes discounts, advantages, and services available to customers who wish to benefit from them at "Calzedonia" stores (both direct and affiliated ones participating in the initiative) and on the website www.calzedonia.com.
To benefit from these advantages, it is necessary to become a holder of the Calzedonia loyalty card: the issuance of the Calzedonia loyalty card (hereinafter the "Card") and its use are governed by the following conditions (hereinafter also the "Rules"), which the "Recipient Customer" must read carefully.
The activation of the Card, in the manner described in point 6 below, implies the Customer's acceptance of these Rules.
Calzedonia Spa reserves the right to periodically modify, even partially, these conditions, and the relative modifications will come into force 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication on www.calzedonia.com.
In the event that the "Recipient Customer" does not accept the changes made, they will have the right to cancel their registration, a right which, however, they are entitled to at any time as specified below.
The use of the Card, after the modifications have come into force, entails in any case the acceptance, by conclusive actions, of the changes made.
Calzedonia Spa also reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, at any time, this loyalty program, without the Customer having any grounds for complaint in this regard (subject only to the respect of the rights already acquired by participants up to that moment), giving notice thereof on its website www.calzedonia.com and/or at the points of sale participating in the initiative.
These Rules are always available for consultation at www.calzedonia.com.

2. Participation Channels

All "Calzedonia" branded stores, whether managed directly by Calzedonia Spa (so-called "direct stores") or affiliated and, therefore, managed by other legal entities (so-called "affiliated stores"), that participate in the initiative by displaying the relevant advertising and informational material. The list of stores participating in the initiative can be viewed on the e-commerce website www.calzedonia.com.

4. Type / name / purpose of the scheme / duration

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program that grants exclusive benefits to holders of the digital card called "Calzedonia Lover" (hereinafter also the "Card"). The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty program that grants benefits to Customers who hold the "Calzedonia Lover" card. Without prejudice to what is specified in the introduction, in point 7 ("Operating Methods") and in point 10 ("Interruption of the program – Card Deactivation – Miscellaneous"), the "Calzedonia Lover" card is not subject to expiration.

Adult end customers who hold the Card according to the registration and operating methods indicated below.

6. Registration Methods

The card may be issued to the Customer in digital format directly at the point of sale by accessing the website www.calzedonia.com/loyaltylanding or by contacting customer care at 0454520011 012276688. Registration for the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program will require the creation of a specific "Calzedonia Lover" account that will allow the Customer to access their personal page on the brand's e-commerce site. The registration systems will prevent minor Customers from subscribing to the loyalty circuit. Activation/registration takes place in compliance with privacy regulations. The Calzedonia Lover Card is personal and non-transferable. Each Customer may not activate more than one during its validity. The Calzedonia Lover Card is for private and non-commercial use only. The Customer may freely request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer care at 012276688

7. Operating Methods

The Card will give the customer the opportunity to benefit from discounts, promotional operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be appropriately advertised and communicated from time to time. The Customer may take advantage of the dedicated benefits simply by showing their Card to the store staff or by accessing the dedicated area on the website www.calzedonia.com or through the specific APP. Every communication inherent to participation in the loyalty program and strictly essential to the provision of the services related to it (such as, by way of example, confirmation of successful registration/cancellation, attribution of dedicated discounts or reserved gifts) must be understood as necessary for the execution of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these rules, the Customer consents to receiving such communications which will be sent to the contact details provided in the program registration form. Refusal to receive such communications will make it impossible for Calzedonia Spa to carry out the program and provide the services connected to it. Any refusal expressed during the course of the program will lead to its automatic interruption.

8. Benefits

Customers holding the Calzedonia Lover Card will be able to benefit from numerous discounts, promotional operations, prize operations, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be appropriately advertised and communicated from time to time.
The Customer may only take advantage of the dedicated benefits upon presentation of their Card.
In particular, the following discounts are defined as of now:

• Free shipping on e-commerce purchases;
• E-commerce returns at a discounted price (1 euro);
• 20% discount on the Customer's birthday, valid for 31 days from the date of the birthday and cannot be combined with sales and other promotions.

9. Program Interruption – Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous

Verudela d.o.o. and Calzedonia Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Calzedonia loyalty program and its related services at any time and at its own discretion.
Notice of such modifications, suspensions, or interruptions will be given by inserting a suitable notice on the website www.calzedonia.com and/or at the participating points of sale.
Without prejudice to any other right provided by law, including the right to compensation for damages, Calzedonia Spa and Verudela d.o.o. may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it in case of use of the Card in violation of the conditions set out in these Rules or in case of abusive use or use detrimental to the image and brand "Calzedonia".
Furthermore, subject to prior notice, Calzedonia Spa and Verudela d.o.o. reserves the right to deactivate the Card and the related activation/registration in case of non-use of the Card or Customer inactivity for a period exceeding 5 years. In the event of revocation and deactivation, the Customer will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits and services of the Calzedonia loyalty program.
Calzedonia Spa and Verudela d.o.o. is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences connected to malfunctions of the loyalty program that do not depend on its own will.
Calzedonia Spa and Verudela d.o.o. is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or abusive use of the Card.

For information on personal data processed for the participation in the loyalty program, please refer to the Privacy Policy link, paragraph “Why do we process your data?”, “Calzedonia Lover Loyalty Program”.

Družba CALZEDONIA S.P.A., ki je del družbe Oniverse Holding S.p.A., s sedežem na naslovu Via Portici Umberto Primo št. 5/3, Malcesine (VR), in upravo na naslovu Via Monte Baldo št. 20, Dossobuono di Villafranca (VR), identifikacijska številka za DDV 02253210237, skupaj z družbo VERUDELA d.o.o., s sedežem na naslovu Anžurjeva ulica 2d, 1260 Ljubljana - Polje, identifikacijska številka za DDV SI97703958 (v nadaljevanju skupaj: »Organizatorja«), strankam, ki jih želijo koristiti, omogočata popuste, ugodnosti in storitve v prodajalnah »Calzedonia« (tako v neposredno upravljanih kot tudi franšiznih prodajalnah, ki sodelujejo v programu) ter na spletnem mestu www.calzedonia.com.
Za koriščenje teh ugodnosti je treba postati imetnik kartice zvestobe Calzedonia. Izdajo kartice zvestobe Calzedonia (v nadaljevanju: »Kartica«) in njeno uporabo urejajo naslednji pogoji (v nadaljevanju tudi: »Pravila«), ki jih mora »Upravičena stranka« skrbno prebrati.
Aktivacija Kartice na način, opisan v 6. točki spodaj, pomeni, da Stranka sprejema ta Pravila.
Družba Calzedonia S.p.A. si pridržuje pravico, da te pogoje občasno, tudi delno, spremeni. Spremembe začnejo veljati 10 (deset) zaporednih dni po njihovi objavi na spletnem mestu www.calzedonia.com.
Če »Upravičena stranka« sprememb ne sprejme, ima pravico preklicati svojo registracijo; to pravico lahko v skladu z določbami v nadaljevanju uveljavi kadar koli.
Uporaba Kartice po začetku veljavnosti sprememb v vsakem primeru pomeni sprejetje sprememb s konkludentnimi ravnanji.
Družba Calzedonia S.p.A. si prav tako pridržuje pravico, da ta program zvestobe kadar koli začasno ali trajno prekine, ne da bi imela Stranka iz tega naslova pravico do kakršnega koli zahtevka (ob upoštevanju pravic, ki so jih sodelujoči do takrat že pridobili). Obvestilo o tem bo objavljeno na spletnem mestu www.calzedonia.com in/ali na prodajnih mestih, ki sodelujejo v programu.
Ta Pravila so vedno na voljo na spletnem mestu www.calzedonia.com.

2. Načini sodelovanja

Vse prodajalne blagovne znamke »Calzedonia«, ki jih neposredno upravlja družba Calzedonia S.p.A. (t. i. »neposredno upravljane prodajalne«) ali so franšizne in jih zato upravljajo druge pravne osebe (t. i. »franšizne prodajalne«) ter sodelujejo v programu tako, da imajo nameščeno ustrezno oglasno in informativno gradivo. Seznam prodajaln, ki sodelujejo v programu, je na voljo na spletnem mestu za spletno trgovino www.calzedonia.com.

4. Vrsta / ime / namen programa / trajanje

Gre za promocijski program zvestobe, ki imetnikom digitalne kartice »Calzedonia Lover« (v nadaljevanju tudi: »Kartica«) zagotavlja ekskluzivne ugodnosti. Namen programa je krepiti zvestobo strank z zagotavljanjem ugodnosti Strankam, ki imajo kartico »Calzedonia Lover«. Brez poseganja v določbe uvoda, 7. točke (»Način delovanja«) in 9. točke (»Prekinitev programa - deaktivacija Kartice - drugo«) kartica »Calzedonia Lover« nima roka veljavnosti.

5. Ciljna skupina

Polnoletne končne stranke, ki so imetnice Kartice v skladu s spodaj navedenimi načini registracije in delovanja.

6. Načini registracije

Kartica se lahko Stranki izda v digitalni obliki neposredno na prodajnem mestu, prek spletnega mesta www.calzedonia.com
Za registracijo v program zvestobe »Calzedonia Lover« je treba ustvariti poseben račun »Calzedonia Lover«, ki Stranki omogoča dostop do njene osebne strani v spletni trgovini blagovne znamke.
Sistemi za registracijo mladoletnim Strankam preprečujejo vključitev v program zvestobe. Aktivacija oziroma registracija poteka v skladu s predpisi o varstvu osebnih podatkov. Kartica Calzedonia Lover je osebna in neprenosljiva. Posamezna Stranka lahko v času njene veljavnosti aktivira samo eno Kartico. Kartica Calzedonia Lover je namenjena izključno zasebni in nekomercialni uporabi.
Stranka lahko kadar koli zahteva izbris iz programa zvestobe tako, da se obrne na službo za pomoč strankam preko e-maila hello@calzedonia.com ali obišče spletno mesto www.calzedonia.com.

7. Način delovanja

Kartica Stranki omogoča koriščenje popustov, promocijskih akcij in posebnih pobud, namenjenih imetnikom Kartice, ki bodo vsakokrat ustrezno oglaševane in sporočene. Stranka lahko namenske ugodnosti koristi tako, da Kartico pokaže osebju prodajalne ali dostopa do namenskega območja na spletnem mestu www.calzedonia.com oziroma prek posebne aplikacije. Vsako sporočilo v zvezi s sodelovanjem v programu zvestobe, ki je nujno potrebno za zagotavljanje z njim povezanih storitev (na primer potrditev uspešne registracije ali izbrisa, dodelitev namenskih popustov ali rezerviranih daril), se šteje za potrebno za izvajanje programa. Stranka zato s sprejetjem teh Pravil soglaša s prejemanjem takšnih sporočil na kontaktne podatke, navedene v obrazcu za registracijo v program. Če Stranka zavrne prejemanje takšnih sporočil, družba Calzedonia S.p.A. programa ne bo mogla izvajati in zagotavljati z njim povezanih storitev. Zavrnitev, podana med trajanjem programa, povzroči samodejno prenehanje sodelovanja v programu.

8. Ugodnosti

Stranke, ki so imetnice Kartice Calzedonia Lover, lahko koristijo številne popuste, promocijske akcije, nagradne akcije in posebne pobude, namenjene imetnikom Kartice, ki bodo vsakokrat ustrezno oglaševane in sporočene.
Stranka lahko namenske ugodnosti koristi le ob predložitvi Kartice.
Trenutno so določene zlasti naslednje ugodnosti:

• brezplačna dostava pri nakupih v spletni trgovini;
• brezplačna vračila pri nakupih v spletni trgovini;
• 20-odstotni popust ob rojstnem dnevu Stranke, ki velja 31 dni od datuma rojstnega dne in se ne sešteva s popusti v času razprodaj ali drugimi promocijami.

9. Prekinitev programa - deaktivacija Kartice - drugo

Družbi Verudela d.o.o. in Calzedonia S.p.A. si pridržujeta pravico, da program zvestobe Calzedonia in z njim povezane storitve kadar koli in po lastni presoji spremenita, začasno ustavita ali prekineta.
Obvestilo o takšnih spremembah, začasni ustavitvi ali prekinitvi bo objavljeno na spletnem mestu www.calzedonia.com in/ali na prodajnih mestih, ki sodelujejo v programu.
Brez poseganja v druge pravice, določene z zakonom, vključno s pravico do odškodnine, lahko družbi Calzedonia S.p.A. in Verudela d.o.o. Stranki odvzameta pravico do uporabe Kartice in Kartico deaktivirata, če se ta uporablja v nasprotju s pogoji iz teh Pravil oziroma se uporablja zlorabno ali na način, ki škoduje ugledu in blagovni znamki »Calzedonia«.
Poleg tega si družbi Calzedonia S.p.A. in Verudela d.o.o. pridržujeta pravico, da po predhodnem obvestilu deaktivirata Kartico in z njo povezano aktivacijo oziroma registracijo, če Stranka Kartice ne uporablja ali je neaktivna več kot 5 let. Ob odvzemu pravice in deaktivaciji Stranka ne more več koristiti ugodnosti in storitev programa zvestobe Calzedonia.
Družbi Calzedonia S.p.A. in Verudela d.o.o. ne odgovarjata za neposredne ali posredne posledice, povezane z motnjami v delovanju programa zvestobe, ki niso odvisne od njune volje.
Družbi Calzedonia S.p.A. in Verudela d.o.o. ne odgovarjata za goljufivo, nepravilno ali zlorabno uporabo Kartice.

10. Informacije o obdelavi osebnih podatkov

Informacije o osebnih podatkih, ki se obdelujejo zaradi sodelovanja v programu zvestobe, so na voljo v Politiki zasebnosti, v razdelku »Zakaj uporabljamo vaše podatke?«, pod naslovom »Program zvestobe Calzedonia Lover«.
