RETURN TO STORE
  • How can I return items from an online order?

    Order at calzedonia.com and try on your products. If they don't meet your expectations, you can return them for free to one of our stores.
    If you want to return your products to a Calzedonia store, just follow these steps:

    • 1. Go to FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section or to your account.

    • 2. Click on "RETURN REQUEST", fill out the return form online and select "Return to store".

    • 3. Prepare the package and take it to the selected store.

    • 4. You will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to place your online order.

  • How can I return my order to a Calzedonia store?

    You can find all the details of your order by accessing the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section. Once you enter this section with your surname and order number, click on "RETURN REQUEST" button and complete the form by selecting the item, the quantity, and the reason of the return. At the end of the process, you will obtain the Return Authorization. Please wait 1 day before taking the parcel and the Return Authorization to the selected store. Remember that from the moment you filled in the online return application, you have 10 days to go to the selected store. Please kindly note that stores can't refund you in cash. The refund will always be made with the same method of payment chosen at the time of purchase.

  • I have ordered the wrong size/item/colour for my purchase, can I change it?

    We cannot process an exchange, but you can return your item for free and start a new order.

  • I have already filled in the return form online and want to change it, what can I do?

    The return form cannot be modified after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can still make a return to the store and the store assistants will make the necessary adjustments in the system.

  • Can I change the selected store after filling in the return form online?

    It is not possible to change the store for return once you have completed the return procedure online.

  • Can I exchange the items from my order in a store?

    This option is not available. You can return the items you do not want to keep for free and place a new order.

RETURN WITH THE CARRIER
  • How can I return items from an online order?

    Order at calzedonia.com and try on your products. If they don't meet your expectations, you can return them for free by courier.
    If you want to return your products by courier, just follow these steps:

    • 1. Go to FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section or to your account.

    • 2. Click on "RETURN REQUEST", fill out the return form online and select "Return with carrier". Print out the return label and attach it to the package.

    • 3. Arrange the pick-up date directly with UPS , who will pick up the products from the address provided by you.

    • 4. You will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to place your online order once your items have arrived to our warehouse and your return has been approved.

  • Can I return an online order by courier?

    Yes, you can return the items for free through the online return procedure which can be found on the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN page or your account . The items must be sent back in a single shipment. You'll be refunded via payment method you originally used to make your purchase. For more details on our return policy click here.

  • Where can I find the return label?

    You can find the label by clicking on FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN and entering your order number and last name. Select "Returns and Refunds" and then click on the "Download the label" box.

  • I have already filled in the return form online and want to change it, what can I do?

    The return form cannot be modified after it has been completed. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before giving it to the delivery company. In this case, you will have to contact the Customer Service after you receive a refund for the items that were on the return form. Please make sure that all the articles you wish to return are sent back in a single shipment.

  • Do I have to pay to return my order?

REFUND
  • How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

    The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the store or to the courier. The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.

  • How will I receive my refund if my order was paid with an e-Gift Card?

    In this case, we kindly ask you to provide us with your bank account details. Please contact our Customer Service by sending an email to hello@calzedonia.com. The refund will be made in the shortest possible time and will not take longer than 14 days. The time it takes to see the refund appear in your account may depend on your credit or debit card company.
