Information on reviews

Only customers who have purchased a product online and received it can leave a review on it.
The overall rating of a product is calculated by the average of the number of stars voted by each customer for that particular product.
We cannot verify if the Customer leaving the review has actually used the product before stating their opinion, we can only confirm that they have actually purchased it online and received it.
By leaving a review, the Customer grants us the right to check it before it is published: the reviews must provide a variety of useful information to help other users decide whether or not the item is suitable for their needs.
Reviews containing any of the below are not permitted:
- information aimed at deceiving or misleading other users;
- any form of obscene or discriminatory language or content;
- critical or inappropriate comments on other reviews or customers;
- advertising, spam, references to other websites or resellers;
- personal data (for example e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, residential addresses, etc.).

Finally, we reserve the right to change this information without notice, the information available on our site at the time of sending your specific review will apply.
