  • I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

    You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on calzedonia.com, you can directly access the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the "TRACK DELIVERY" section.

  • I have just made an order online and want to change it, what can I do?

    The cancellation or change of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. Your order will be processed according to the schedule of our warehouse. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free once it has been delivered. See the 'Returns and Refunds' section for more information.

  • How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

    The cost of the delivery is AED 20 and free for any order over AED 250. Aramex will take care of of your delivery. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the link with which you can track your package.

  • What is delivery time for my online order?

    Your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.

  • Can I return the items bought online?

    You can change your mind on Calzedonia.com and return them free of charge through the online return procedure that you can find on your FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia in a single shipment. You will be refunded via the payment method you originally used to make your purchase. If you paid with Cash on Delivery, we kindly ask you to send an email to hello@calzedonia.com specifying your IBAN information so we can process your refund.

  • How and when will I receive a refund for my return?

    You will be refunded via the original payment method you have used to place your online order once your items arrive to our warehouse and your return is approved. If you have paid with Cash on Delivery, we kindly ask you to send an email to hello@calzedonia.com specifying your IBAN information so we can process your refund.

    You can always contact us via webform, phone, chat, or by writing to hello@calzedonia.com. Customer Service is active from Monday to Saturday* all year long except the following holidays:
