• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The cost of the delivery is AED 20 and free for any order over AED 250. Aramex will take care of your delivery. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the link with which you can track your package.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by going to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" or you can check the status in your account.

• Can I place an online order and send it to a different country from my own?

  Yes, if the receiver is from outside of your country, we remind you that you have to place your order from Calzedonia website of the receiver's country by selecting "Change Shipping Country". Please, make sure that the billing and shipping addresses are both in the same country.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
