You can check the status of your order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your account. If you have not registered on calzedonia.com, you can directly access the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. Here you can check and monitor your order through the "TRACK DELIVERY" section.

We kindly ask you to send us the following information:
- list of products that you want to order (quantity, color, size)
- contact details (name, surname, email address, phone number)
- delivery details (full address for home delivery)
If you are already registered on our website, please indicate whether you want us to place your order as a logged-in registered user or as a guest. We would like to assure you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
The cancellation or change of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. Your order will be processed according to the schedule of our warehouse. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free once it has been delivered. See the 'Returns and Refunds' section for more information.
The cost of the delivery is AED 20 and free for any order over AED 250. Aramex will take care of of your delivery. In the shipping confirmation email you will find the link with which you can track your package.
Your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.
You can change your mind on Calzedonia.com and return them free of charge through the online return procedure that you can find on your FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN page. The returned items must be sent to Calzedonia in a single shipment. If you paid with Cash on Delivery, we kindly ask you to send an email to hello@calzedonia.com specifying your IBAN information so we can process your refund.
