You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your "My Calzedonia" account. If you have not registered with Calzedonia.com, you can directly access the "ORDER STATUS AND RETURN" section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. In this section, you can check and monitor your order through the "TRACK SHIPMENT" section.
The cancellation or change of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. Your order will be processed on schedule in our warehouse. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. See the "RETURN" section for more information.
The tracking number can be found by going to "ORDER STATUS AND RETURN".
The cost of the delivery is AED 20 and free for any order over AED 250.
Your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order.
To request the return, you can always access the status of the order by visiting the "ORDERS" section after signing in to your "My Calzedonia" account. If you are not registered with Calzedonia.com, you can directly access the "ORDER STATUS AND RETURN" section. You will find the details of your order under the "RETURN" button and should complete the form only by selecting the item, the quantity, and the reason. The return is possible with the carrier.
You will be refunded via the original payment method you have used to place your online order once your items arrive to our warehouse and your return is approved. If you have paid with Cash on Delivery, we kindly ask you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your IBAN information so we can process your refund.
On Calzedonia.com you can pay via: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
You can also choose the Cash on Delivery payment method. (5 AED fee)
PAYMENT AFTER SHIPMENT
If you pay by credit card, you will be charged when your goods are leaving our warehouse. Depending on your bank, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee by the bank. If you have further questions you will need to contact your bank directly.
