The “Calzedonia lover” loyalty program (hereinafter referred to the “Loyalty program”) is a program proposed by the company CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch (hereinafter referred to “the Company”) with registered office in Brussels (1050), Avenue Louise 32 box 6. VAT number BE 0838 055 452.

The company proposes to the customers in the Calzedonia shops participating in the Loyalty Program and from the website www.calzedonia.com or on the websites from the countries specified in the article 8 (hereinafter the “Websites”) who want to profit from this program, discounts, benefits, services and commercial actions (hereinafter referred to the “Advantages”).

To take advantage of these advantages, customer must hold a “Calzedonia lover” Card (virtual or physical): issuance of the “Calzedonia lover” Card and its use are governed by the following conditions (hereinafter “Rules”), which the Customer must read carefully.

The activation of the “Calzedonia lover” Card, in accordance with point 6 below, implies that the customer accepts these Rules.

The Company reserves the right to amend these rules, including partially, from time to time, and the resulting changes shall become applicable 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication on www.calzedonia.com.

If the customer does not accept these amendments, then he/she shall be entitled to cancel his/her registration. This entitlement, in any case, may be exercised at any time in accordance with the following. However, use of the “Calzedonia lover” Card, after the amendments have become applicable, shall constitute acceptance, by implication, of the changes applied.

The Company also reserves the right to suspend this loyalty program, temporarily or permanently, at any time, without the Customer having any right to complain (subject to any rights already held by the Customer-Holders at that time being upheld), by notifying the suspension on its website www.calzedonia.com and/or at stores participating in the program.

These Rules can always be consulted at www.calzedonia.com and also in the points of sales participating in the Loyalty Program by asking the sales assistants.

1. Promoter

CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch, a company with registered office in Brussels (1050), Avenue Louise 32 box 6, VAT Number BE 0838 055 452.

2. Participation channels

All “Calzedonia” stores, whether these are managed directly by CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch (so-called “direct stores”) or are franchises and, therefore, managed by other companies (so-called “franchise stores”), which are taking part in the loyalty program by displaying the associated advertising material and information. A list of stores participating in the program can be viewed on the e-commerce website www.calzedonia.com.

3. Country

The Loyalty program will be in force in Belgium at which:

  • The advantages associated with the points collected under the loyalty program can be used in Belgium and, as an additional service, the member can only be present at the time of purchase, on the Websites or at a point of sale in one of the countries mentioned in Article 8, benefit from the Advantages associated with his status for the purchase in question.
  • Members can collect points for purchases in Belgium, on the websites and at points of sale in the countries mentioned in Article 8 under the conditions started therein.

4. TYPE / NAME / PURPOSE OF THE SCHEME / DURATION

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty programme involving the collection of points on a digital card, the so-called ‘Calzedonia Lover’ and releasing exclusive benefits to the holders of this card. The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty programme that recognises advantages for customers holding the ‘Calzedonia Lover’ Card. Without prejudice to what is specified in the premises, in point 7 (’functionality’) and point 10 (’Programme interruption - card deactivation - miscellaneous’), the ‘Calzedonia Lover’ Card is not subject to expiration

5. WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

The cards from the Loyalty Program are reserved to customers who are at least eighteen (18) years old having a postal address in Belgium. The customer under the age of eighteen (18) agree to adhere with the permission of their parents, guardian or legal representative to the Loyalty Program. The customers must hold the “Calzedonia lover” Card in accordance with the below conditions relating to program registration and operation.

It is possible to subscribe to only one card from the Loyalty Program per person (same first name, last name and address). If the company realizes that one person holds more than one card, the Company reserves the possibility to repatriate the data and Advantages from the customer on one unique card and to deactivate the points and Advantages from the superfluous cards.

The Company reserves the possibility to ask at any moment a document enabling to justify the identity of the person who wants to subscribe or having subscribed to the Loyalty Program.

6. HOW TO REGISTER

The card to get the “Follower Status” may be released to the Customer in digital format directly at the point of sale or through the website www.Calzedonia.com/myCalzedonia. Registration for “Calzedonia Lover” Card requires the creation of a specific “Calzedonia Lover” account, which will allow the Customer to access his/her own personal page on the brand's e-commerce website.The registration process will prevent under-age customers from subscribing to the loyalty scheme. The activation and registration procedures are consistent with privacy legislation. The “Calzedonia Lover” Card is personal and may not be transferred. Customer may not activate other Cards while one Card is still valid. The “Calzedonia Lover” Card is for private use only and commercial use shall not be permitted. Customers may freely ask at any time to have their membership of the loyalty scheme cancelled by contacting customer care on 025862357, or via www.calzedonia.com/loyaltylanding.

7. HOW IT WORKS

The “Calzedonia lover” Card gives the customer the opportunity to reach 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points on purchases. Depending on the status to which they belong, the Client will receive increasing rewards.

7.1 “FOLLOWER STATUS”:

This is immediately acquired with the activation/registration of the initial card;

  • When a customer with "Follower Status" reaches 100 points, they move to the next level - "Friend Status", upon which they will immediately be credited with any points in excess of those used to reach the new status;
  • If the customer with "Follower Status" does not reach 100 points within 365 days from the date of acquisition of the status, they remain at the "Follower Status" and their points balance is reset.
  • If a customer with "Follower Status" reaches 500 points before acquiring the next level- "Friend Status", they go directly to the "Fan status", on which they will immediately be credited with any points in excess of those used to reach the new status;

7.2 FRIEND STATUS:

  • The Customer acquires this status as soon as 100 points have been acquired. Any points in excess of those used for levelling up will be immediately credited to the new status acquired
  • As soon as 500 points have been acquired, the 'Friend' Customer transfers to “Fan Status” level on which they will immediately be credited with any points in excess of those used to reach the new status;
  • A year after reaching the "Friend Status" level, and from year to year, the Customer:
  • A year after acquiring the “Friend Status” level, and every year after that, the Customer:
    • maintains the “Friend Status” level for another year if they have earned from 100 to 499 points, any points in excess of those used to maintain the aforementioned status will also be maintained;
    • returns to “Follower Status” level if they have earned less than 100 points, and their points balance is reset.

7.3 FAN STATUS:

  • The Customer acquires the “Fan Status” as soon as 500 points have been acquired from the previous Friend status. Any points in excess of those used for levelling up will be immediately credited to the new status acquired.
  • A year after reaching the "Fan Status" level, and from year to year, the Customer:
    • maintains the “Fan Status” level for another year if they have earned at least 500 points, any points in excess of those used to maintain the aforementioned status will also be maintained;
    • returns to “Friend Status” level if they have earned less than 500 points, and their points balance is reset.
    • Each change of status, as well as all communications concerning participation in the loyalty program, which are strictly indispensable for providing the services connected to it (for example, confirmation of subscription/cancellation, changes in status, special discount offers or exclusive gifts) are necessary for the operation of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these rules, the Customer agrees to receive said communications, which will be sent to the addresses given on the program registration form. Refusal to receive said communications shall prevent CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch from implementing the program and providing the services associated with it. Any refusal expressed during the course of the program shall result in an automatic interruption of the program.

Each change of status, as well as all communications concerning participation in the loyalty program, which are strictly indispensable for providing the services connected to it (for example, confirmation of subscription/cancellation, changes in status, special discount offers or exclusive gifts) are necessary for the operation of the program itself. Therefore, by accepting these rules, the Customer agrees to receive said communications, which will be sent to the addresses given on the program registration form. Refusal to receive said communications shall prevent CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch from implementing the program and providing the services associated with it. Any refusal expressed during the course of the program shall result in an automatic interruption of the program.

8. Earning points

Loyalty points shall be automatically loaded onto activated Cards when each purchase is made at one of the “Calzedonia” stores which take part in the loyalty program or via the e-commerce site www.calzedonia.com. One point will be given for each euro spent, rounded down (e.g. €1.99 = 1 point).

In order to accumulate the points, the Customer must identify himself before the payment, by presenting his Card or by indicating in point of sale his name and surname or the e-mail address used for the activation of the Card. For online purchases credited to the Card, Customers must previously register their Card number under their e-commerce account. The insertion of the Card number shall be done only once and, for subsequent purchases the system will automatically remember it. Should the Cardholder fail to provide identification in the manner specified above, then points will not be earned, and it will not be possible to have them credited subsequently.

Customers may check their points balance at any time by requesting it at any “Calzedonia” stores participating in the program or by consulting the website www.calzedonia.com. Points will be credited and recorded daily by the system; in the event of technical problems, they may be credited within a longer period of a maximum of 15 days.

Returned items will result in points being debited according to the same criteria used for crediting points. Issuance of a “Calzedonia Gift Card” will result in a credit of the corresponding number of points. Subsequent purchases paid partially/entirely with a Gift Card will not, therefore, earn any points for the part of the purchase paid for using the Gift Card. Promotions involving double or triple points may be organised and these will be advertised accordingly. The Card is not a method of payment; the points credited cannot be transferred or converted into cash or goods.

8.A. EARNING POINTS IN BELGIUM

In Belgium, each euro spent in the participating Loyalty Program points of sale and www.calzedonia.com (excluding shipping costs) will earn one point.

8.B EARNING POINT AND CROSS-COUNTRY BENEFITS

The Client holding the “Calzedonia Lover” Card will collect points even through the purchase in points of sales located in the Territories listed below.

The above-mentioned collecting points will allow the points crediting to reach the status and using the prizes provided under these terms and conditions in Belgium. The loyalty points will be credited on the Client’s “Calzedonia Lover” Card subject to the table below. Only for purchases in Russia, the loyalty points will be credited subject to prior presentation of the Loyalty Card.

The Client holding the “Calzedonia Lover” Card who will purchase in points of sales located in the Territories above may take advantage, exclusively at the moment of the purchase and as additional benefit, from the discounts provided by each Country to that Client’s Status.

9. MANDATORY BENEFITS

Customers with the Calzedonia loyalty card will be able to benefit from numerous discounts, promotional operations, prize operations, and special dedicated initiatives, which will be adequately advertised and communicated from time to time.
The customer can take advantage of valuable benefits available only upon presentation of their card.
Currently, the following discounts are defined as:

  • Free deliveries and returns on e-commerce purchases, for members of all Statuses.
  • Upon subscription, the customer earns 20 free points.
  • On the Customer's birthday and exclusively during the period of 7 days prior to, and 7 days following the birthday, the members with the Follower Status will be entitled to double points on purchases made;
  • On the Customer's birthday and exclusively during the period of 7 days prior to, and 7 days following the birthday, the members with the Friend Status will be entitled to a 20% discount on a single purchase.
  • On the Customer's birthday and exclusively during the period of 7 days prior to, and 7 days following the birthday, the members with the Fan Status will be entitled to a 30% discount on a single purchase.
  • For members with the Friend Status: for every 100 points accumulated, a -15% discount voucher will be issued, valid for 60 days from its distribution, on a minimum purchase of €50 (excluding items already subject to discounts);
  • For members with the Fan Status: for every 100 points accumulated, a -20% discount voucher will be issued, valid for 60 days from its distribution, on a minimum purchase of €50 (excluding items already subject to discounts).

The Benefits, unless otherwise notified by the Company to that effect, will not be cumulative with the sales periods, as well as offers and ongoing discounts independent of the Loyalty Program. Benefits will only apply, if applicable, to the full price of an item. In addition, the benefits of the Loyalty Program will not be cumulative with each other, unless otherwise notified by the Company to that effect.

10. Discontinuation of the scheme - card deactivation - miscellaneous

Calzedonia reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the “Calzedonia lover” loyalty program and related services at any time at its own discretion. Customers shall be informed of these changes, suspensions interruptions on the www.calzedonia.com website or at the stores participating in the program.

If the Customer does not accept the changes, he will be able to cancel his membership in the Loyalty Program. This cancellation can be made at any time in accordance with the present. The Customer-holder may exercise the rights already held for a period of ten (10) days following the cancellation or upon the decision of the Company to discontinue the Loyalty Program.

The Loyalty Program further assumes that the Member complies with the general terms and conditions and behaves fairly with the Company. Consequently, the Company reserves the right, without prejudice to the rights it has in accordance with the law, to suspend a “Calzedonia lover” Card, possibly to permanently deactivate a "Calzedonia lover” Card and, if applicable, to cancel the Associated Advantages, in case of abuse of the Member in the use of the Loyalty Program and / or towards the Company. The Company will operate this suspension and / or deactivation after informing the Member, by the means that seems to him the most appropriate, without the Customer being able to claim any compensation, in particular in the following cases:

  • In case of fraud, attempted fraud or theft of the Member at the point of sale or on the Websites;
  • In case of improper use or misuse of the Loyalty Program;
  • In the case of actions likely to disrupt the operation of the website or the operation of the Loyalty Program;
  • More generally, in case the card is used in breach of the conditions set out under these Rules and Conditions or in the event of unlawful use or use that is harmful to the image of "Calzedonia" and its brand.
Furthermore, subject to giving notice, CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch reserves the right to deactivate the Card and the associated activation/registration if the Card is not used, or the Customer remains inactive for a period exceeding 5 years. Revocation and deactivation shall result in the Customer no longer being able to benefit from the advantages and services offered by the “Calzedonia lover” loyalty program.

The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to problems with the Loyalty Program for reasons that are beyond its control. CALZEDONIA Finanziaria S.A. Belgium Branch is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or incorrect use of the Card.

11. Personal data protection, privacy Notice

The Oniverse companies care about privacy and the protection of personal data. We hereby wish to inform you about how we process your personal data following the registration to the “Calzedonia Lover” Loyalty Program.

Which categories of personal data will we use?

In particular, we need to process the personal data provided to us at the time of registration (failure to provide the data marked with an asterisk involves the inability to complete the registration process, in case of registration carried out in each point of sale with the support of the sales assistants, the phone number or email address are mandatory data. Failure to provide these data involves the inability to complete the registration process) and the data relating to purchases made at points of sale Calzedonia. These data include, for example, the price and type of products purchased. With your consent, we may also use other information that you freely provide to us at the time of registration or concerning the manner in which you interact with us (hereinafter, collectively, the "Data").

More precisely, we could collect:

  • optional information requested through the registration form or, in case of registration carried out in each point of sale name, surname, address ZIP code, country and province are optional information;
  • the information that we may acquire by examining your interaction with us, through email and newsletters, through our Internet sites and through the Apps that may be developed by us or by third parties (for more information, please consult the relevant privacy policies);
  • information that you may share through the social networks to which you subscribe.

For which purposes we do process your Data and on what legal grounds?

We may use your Data, including by electronic means:
a) for the management of your participation to the “Calzedonia Lover” Loyalty Program. Your Data will be used to provide you with discounts and other benefits, which may available to you and, more generally, for all related contractual and administrative obligations.

b) to provide you a personalized service in all our points of sale where the “Calzedonia Lover” loyalty program is active. Wherever you are, you could receive the help and advice of our sales assistants, with information (eg. for Calzedonia size, color or pattern) on items purchased in the previous 24 months at any point of sale Calzedonia or even online. Provided that Calzedonia is a global brand, such use of your Data, based on our legitimate interest, allows us to improve the quality of our services at the point of sale and to ensure a consistent service to our customers who have joined the “Calzedonia Lover” loyalty program in all our stores. In any case, if you do not wish to receive this assistance, it is sufficient that you, at the time of registration or even at a later time, ask that your Data not be used for this purpose

With your consent, we may also use your Data for the following purposes:
c) to send you, through the contact details provided to us, newsletters, information about products and services provided by us, offers and promotions, as well as to conduct market researches. How long do we store your Data for?

In any case, information about your purchases and your interactions with us will not be processed for longer than 12 months from the date of collection. To whom will we communicate your Data
