• Where can I buy an e-Gift Card?

• Do I have to activate my e-Gift Card after purchase?

  No. The e-Gift Card can be used immediately together with the associated email address. Kindly note that the e-gift card can be converted into a physical gift card only if it has never been used for an online purchase.
  
  In order to use it online correctly, you must enter the same email address to which the e-Gift card was sent.

• Where do I insert the e-Gift Card number on calzedonia.com?

  After selecting the payment method during the checkout phase, you can enter the number from your e-Gift Card or the number and pin of the physical Gift Card. We remind you that you can only use one Gift Card/e-Gift Card per order.
  
  To use it correctly, make sure you use the e-mail address where you received your e-Gift Card.

• Can I pay my order with a physical Gift Card bought in a store?

  Yes, the Gift Cards bought in our physical stores can be used online on calzedonia.com. At checkout you will need to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your card.

• Where can I use an e-Gift Card?

  You can use your e-Gift Card online and in participating stores. To use the e-Gift Card in store, show the cashier the email you will receive and provide the PIN code that it contains.

• What is the difference between a Gift Card and an e-Gift Card?

  The Gift Card can be purchased in stores and can be used both in stores and online. The e-Gift Card can be purchased online and it can be used in stores and online at calzedonia.com. To use the e-Gift Card in store, show the cashier the email you will receive and provide the PIN code that it contains.

• Do I have to spend the full amount of the e-Gift Card in a single transaction?

  No. If you do not spend the full amount on the e-Gift Card, the remaining credit stays as a balance on the card for you to spend at a later date.

• How can I check my e-Gift Card balance online?

• Is there an expiry date on my e-Gift Card?

  E-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.

• Can I purchase my order with a gift wrap?

  Calzedonia offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY (do-it-yourself) package.

• Can I place a single order with multiple gift-wrapped products?

  While placing your order, you can choose which items to put in the gift box. However, it is not possible to select more than one gift box per order. To include other items in another gift box, we recommend placing a new order. In any case, you can add the DIY kit option (Self Kit to package items at home) and add the required amount to the items you want to package. We remind you that you can both choose the Gift wrapping option and add the DIY (do-it-yourself) kit to the same order.
