    Yes, the Gift Cards bought in our physical stores can be used online on calzedonia.com. In the checkout you will need to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your card.

  • When is the amount charged on my credit card?

    For payments made via credit card and PayPal, the amount of your order will be authorized automatically and charged only when your order is shipped.

  • Why does my payment seem charged twice?

The actual collection is only made when the garments are shipped from our warehouse. If you see the amount authorized as collected, please contact your bank directly so they can "unlock" the amount withheld.
