Preamble

Calzedonia UK Ltd, a company managed and coordinated by Oniverse Holding SpA, with its registered office at Spirella House, 266–270 Regent Street, London W1B 3AH and VAT number 906 446 326, offers discounts, benefits and services to customers participating in the programme at “Calzedonia” stores (including directly operated stores and participating franchises) and online at www.calzedonia.com/uk/.
To access the benefits, you must hold a Calzedonia Loyalty Card (“Card”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”) govern the issue and use of the Card. Customers who hold a Card (“Cardholders”) should read these Conditions carefully.
By activating the Card in accordance with section 6 below, you confirm that you accept these Conditions.
Calzedonia UK Ltd reserves the right to amend all or part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect 10 (ten) days after being published on www.calzedonia.com/uk/.
If a Cardholder does not accept any amendments, they are entitled to cancel their registration at any time, in accordance with the cancellation process set out below.
Continued use of the Card after the amendments have taken effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
Calzedonia UK Ltd also reserves the right to suspend the loyalty programme at any time, either temporarily or permanently, without liability to Customers, except in respect of any rights already accrued at the time of suspension. Notice of any suspension will be given on www.calzedonia.com/UK/ and/or in participating stores.
These Terms and Conditions are always available at www.calzedonia.com/uk/.

2. Participant Channels

All “Calzedonia” stores, including those operated directly by Calzedonia UK Ltd (“direct stores”) and franchise stores operated by third parties (“franchise stores”), where the scheme is active and displayed through relevant promotional materials and information. A list of participating stores is available on www.calzedonia.com/uk/.

4. Type, Name, Purpose of the scheme and Duration

This is a promotional loyalty programme called the “Calzedonia Lover” programme. It allows customers to access benefits through a digital loyalty card (the “Calzedonia Lover” Card), including exclusive offers and dedicated advantages.
The purpose of the programme is to encourage customer loyalty by offering advantages to Cardholders.
Subject to sections 7 (“Functionality”) and 9 (“Programme interruption – Card deactivation – miscellaneous”), the “Calzedonia Lover” Card does not have an expiry date.

5. Eligibility

The programme is open to customers aged 18 years or over who hold a Card in accordance with the registration and usage terms set out below.

6. Registration

The Card is issued in digital format and may be obtained at the point of sale via www.calzedonia.com/loyaltylanding or by contacting Customer Care on 0203 837 6463 (calls are chargeable at the standard national rate, which may vary depending on your telephone provider).
Registration for the “Calzedonia Lover” loyalty programme requires the creation of a personal account, which allows the Customer to access their profile on the brand’s e-commerce website or mobile app.
The registration process prevents individuals under 18 from joining the programme. Registration and activation are carried out in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. The “Calzedonia Lover” Card is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one per Customer. It must be used for private and non-commercial purposes only.
Customers may withdraw from the loyalty programme at any time by contacting Customer Care on 0203 837 6463 or by visiting www.calzedonia.com/loyaltylanding.

7. How does it works

The Card allows Customers to benefit from discounts, promotional offers, and special initiatives, which will be communicated from time to time.
Customers may access these benefits by presenting their Card in store, or by logging into the dedicated area on www.calzedonia.com/uk or through the official app.
Communications relating to participation in the loyalty programme, and those necessary for its operation (including, for example, registration or cancellation confirmation, and the allocation of discounts or gifts), are essential for the performance of the programme. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Customers agree to receive such communications via the contact details provided at registration.
If a customer chooses not to receive these communications, Calzedonia UK Ltd will be unable to operate the programme and provide related services. Any withdrawal of consent during the programme will result in its automatic termination.

8. Benefits

Customers holding the “Calzedonia Lover” Card may benefit from discounts, promotional offers, prize draws, and other special initiatives, which will be communicated from time to time.
Benefits may only be used upon presentation of the Card (or valid digital access to the account where applicable).
The following benefits apply as of the present date:

  • Free standard delivery on e-commerce purchases;
  • Discounted e-commerce returns at £1.95;
  • A 30% birthday discount, valid for 31 days from the Customer’s date of birth. This offer cannot be combined with sales or other promotions.

9. Programme discontinuation, Card deactivation and miscellaneous

Calzedonia UK Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the “Calzedonia Lover” Loyalty Programme and related services at any time, at its sole discretion.
Customers will be informed of any changes, suspension or termination via www.calzedonia.com/uk/ and/or in participating stores.
Without prejudice to any rights under applicable law, including the right to compensation for damages, Calzedonia UK Ltd may revoke a Customer’s right to use the Card and deactivate it where the Card is used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, in cases of unlawful use, or where use may harm the image of the “Calzedonia” brand.
Calzedonia UK Ltd also reserves the right, upon notice, to deactivate the Card where it has not been used, or where the Customer has remained inactive for a period exceeding five (5) years. In such cases, the Customer will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages and services of the loyalty programme.
Calzedonia UK Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from issues affecting the loyalty programme due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Company is also not responsible for any fraudulent, improper or incorrect use of the Card
