  • What are the accepted payment methods on Calzedonia?

    On Calzedonia.com you can pay via: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, PayPal, American Express, Ali Pay, Apple Pay (only on Safari browser).

  • Is my payment safe?

Furthermore, all the information entered to make your purchase are in conformity with the processing of personal data and will be treated in full accordance with the privacy laws. The site is also in conformity to all spam and virus controls. Navigation is completely safe.

  • Why does my payment seem charged twice?

    There is a difference between a payment authorization and charge: when you make an online order there is always the payment authorization. An authorization is a pending payment or an amount reserved in a payment account. It is not a real charge and it is usually shown in the pending charges section of credit cards. The actual charge is only made when the garments come physically out of our warehouse. If you see the amount authorized as collected, please contact your bank directly so they can "unlock" the amount withheld.

  • When is the amount charged on my credit card?

    If you pay by credit card, you will be charged when your goods are shipped from our warehouse. Depending on your bank, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee by the bank. If you have further questions you will need to contact your bank directly.

  • Is registration necessary to order online?

    It is not necessary to be registered, you can always place your order as a guest.

  • Can I pay my order with the Gift Crad?

    Yes, please, make sure to use the Gift Card as a payment method at the checkout. To do this, we ask you to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your physical card. You can choose to add a physical or a virtual Gift Card.
