Please, make sure to use the Gift Card as a payment method at the checkout. To do this, we ask you to enter the card number and the PIN code in the appropriate boxes. The PIN code can be found by scrubbing the silver box on your card. Kindly note that the e-gift card can be converted into a physical gift card only if it has never been used for an online purchase.
You can use your e-Gift Card online and in participating stores. To use the e-Gift Card in store, show the cashier the email you will receive and provide the PIN code that it contains.
After selecting the payment method during the checkout phase, you can enter the number from your e-Gift Card or the number and pin of the physical Gift Card. We remind you that you can only use one Gift Card/e-Gift Card per order.

Smart Gifting is a service that helps you give the perfect gift every time. By sending your gift with SmartGift, the recipient will have the possibility to personalize the color or size of your gift, swap it with an item within a certain price range or accept the original gift that you sent, all before any payment is made.
The gift recipient will have the possibility to swap the item(s) for different item(s) of equal or lesser value to the one(s) that you chose. They will also have the possibility to accept the gift that you originally sent or change its color and/or size (if applicable).
After the gift recipient accepts their ideal gift, you will be notified via email that your gift is ready for purchase. There is no fee for using the SmartGift service.
The gift will be shipped after the gift sender completes the payment of the selected gift. An email confirming that the purchase has been completed will be sent to the gift recipient within 48 hours.

Calzedonia offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY package.
While placing your order, you can choose which items to put in the gift box. However, it is not possible to select more than one gift box per order. To include other items in another gift box, we recommend placing a new order. In any case, you can add the DIY kit option (Self Kit to package items at home) and add the required amount to the items you want to pack. We remind you that you can choose the Gift wrapping option and add the DIY kit to the same order.
