Order at calzedonia.com and try on your products. If this does not meet your
expectations, you can return the goods for free in the store.
If you want to return the products in a Calzedonia shop, just follow these steps:
1. Go to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" at the bottom of the home page, or to your account.
2. Complete the online return form and select the Calzedonia shop for the return.
3. Prepare the package and take it to the shop of your choice.
4. You will be refunded through the original payment method.
If you have changed your mind, the cancellation of the return procedure is not necessary.
This option is not available in our system. You can return the items you do not want to keep free of charge and place a new order.
On calzedonia.com you have the opportunity to return the products with the carrier.
If you want to return your products by courier collection, just follow these steps:
1. Go to "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" at the bottom of the website, or to your account.
2. Fill out the return form online and select "Pick up from my or another address".
3. Visit the Hermes portal to arrange a courier pickup. The return label will be generated on the Hermes portal.
4. Download and print the label from the Hermes portal. Attach the label to the return parcel and please save the tracking number from the label until your return is confirmed.
The label will be generated on the Hermes portal once you book your courier pick-up.
Order at calzedonia.com and try on your products. If they don't meet your expectations,
you can return them for free to a drop-off point.
If you want to return your products to a drop-off point, just follow these steps:
1. Prepare the parcel and attach the label which came with your delivery on the return parcel.
2. Take the parcel to your nearest Hermes drop-off point.
3. You will be refunded via the orginal payment method once your items have arrived to our warehouse and your return has been approved.
The label for the drop-off return was sent to you with the order.

We cannot process an exchange, but you can return your item free of charge and place a new order.
Please return each order separately with the corresponding documents (return authorization and return label) in order for the refund to be processed correctly.
Once the online return has been requested, it is not possible to modify it. However, if you have forgotten to include any of the articles or you wish to remove others, you can add/remove them from the package before giving it to the delivery company. In this case, you will have to contact the Customer Service after you receive a refund for the items that were on the return form. Please make sure that all the articles you wish to return are sent back in a single shipment.
The refund will be made through the orginal payment method. The refund will be made within 14 days from arrival at the warehouse (for orders made with a Credit Card and PayPal).
In this case, we ask you to provide us with your bank account details (your IBAN and BIC/SWIFT information). The refund will be made in the shortest possible time and will not take longer than 14 business days.
