  • How can I track my order?

    The tracking of your shipped order is available by logging into your "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" section (at the bottom of Calzedonia's home page) and selecting the "Track order" option. We inform you that the tracking with Hermes courier will become available once your parcel reaches the UK territory.

  • How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

    The price for standard 10 working days delivery is £ 4.00. Hermes is the carrier for your delivery. The price for 3 working days express delivery is £ 9,50. UPS is the carrier for your delivery. For the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program members, the shipping is free of charge.

    We would like you to inform you that any shipping costs paid upon checkout already include import duties, and there are not any additional fees to pay to receive your parcel.

  • What is delivery timeline for my online order?

    Shipment to your delivery address with Hermes is within 10 working days for all orders placed before 2 PM (Monday through Friday). All orders placed after this time will leave our warehouse the following working day.

    Shipment to your delivery address with UPS Express Delivery is 3 working days for all orders placed before 2 PM (Monday through Friday). All orders placed after this time will leave our warehouse the following working day.

  • Can I place an online order and send it to a different country from my own?

    Make sure you place your order from the Calzedonia website of the same country you would like for it to be shipped to. Also remember that the billing and shipping addresses have to be in the same country.

  • I entered a wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

    At the moment it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order. We suggest you contact our Customer Service providing your order number and the correct address: we will take care of communicating the new shipping address to the courier.

  • Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

    No, make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.

  • Do I need to pay additional import duties?

    No, shipping costs paid upon checkout already include import duties and there are not any additional fees to pay to receive your parcel. If you pay extra import duties, please keep your proof of payment and contact Customer Service for assistance.

  • The tracking page of my order shows that my parcel is in "pre-transit". What does this mean?

    If you received the shipment confirmation of your order to your e-mail and the tracking page shows that the order is in "pre-transit" status, this means that your order is still on its way to the UK. As soon as it arrives to the UK territory and is scanned, you will be able to track your order without any problem. We kindly ask for a little bit of patience!
