If you received the shipment confirmation of your order to your e-mail and the tracking page shows that the order is in "pre-transit" status, this means that your order is still on its way to the UK. As soon as it arrives to the UK territory and is scanned, you will be able to track your order without any problem. We kindly ask for a little bit of patience!

The estimated delivery time to the store is up to 5 working days. During the sale period and holidays, it can take longer due to an increased number of orders.
