Courier delivery

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking of your shipped order is available by logging into your "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" section (at the bottom of Calzedonia's home page) and selecting the "Track order" option.

• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The price for standard home and PUP delivery is £3.95. The price for express home and PUP delivery is £5.95. For the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty programme members, the shipping is free of charge.

• What is delivery timeline for my online order?

  Standard shipment to pick-up point with EVRI will arrive in 2 - 3 working days. Express shipping to pick-up point with EVRI will arrive within 1 - 2 working days.
  
  Standard home delivery with Royal Mail will arrive within 2 - 3 working days. Express home delivery with Royal Mail will arrive within 1 - 2 working days.
  
  If you order by 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday with next-day delivery, we aim to have your order with you by 8 p.m. the next working day. Service is subject to the courier, and we cannot always guarantee it.
  Any order placed at the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• I entered a wrong shipping address, how can I change it?

  At the moment it is not yet possible to change the shipping address of an order. If it's within 15 minutes of placing the order, you can cancel the order and re-order with the correct details. Alternatively, we suggest you contact our Customer Service providing your order number and the correct address: we will take care of communicating the new shipping address to the courier.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  You are unable to select the date and time of the delivery. Where possible, please make sure that someone is available at the chosen delivery address.

• Do I need to pay additional import duties?

  No, your items are shipped from the UK and no import duties are applied to Calzedonia orders.

In-store pickup

• Can my online order to sent to an Calzedonia store?

  At the checkout, select PICK-UP IN STORE, enter your postcode to find the closest store. This service is free of charge and requires no minimum spend. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been delivered and is ready to collect. Please be aware, that your 30 day returns period starts from the day the order is delivered to store.

• I requested in-store delivery. How long does it take for my order to arrive at the store?

  The estimated delivery time to the store is within 2 - 3 working days since shipping. During the sale period and holidays, it can take longer due to an increased number of orders.

• I did not pick up my online order sent to the store on time, how do I receive a refund?

  After the 10 days time available for collection, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email informing you of the refund that will be completed through the original payment method. The display of the refund may vary depending on the timing of your reference bank.
