  • Where can I find my order details?

    If you are registered, you can check the status of the order at any time by entering the "Orders" section after logging in to your account. You can also directly check the status of your order by entering the "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN" section (at the bottom of Calzedonia's home page). In order to see the information on your order, you will have to enter the surname indicated at the time of the purchase, as well as your order number. In this section, you can check and monitor your order through the "Track order" section.

  • I have just made an order and I wish to modify/cancel it. How can I do it?

    The modification of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN within 15 minutes from the purchase. We remind you that the order cancellation is not possible for orders paid with Gift card. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. See the " Returns and Refunds" section for more information.

  • How much do I have to pay for the delivery?

    The cost of express delivery is £ 9,50, while the standard delivery is £ 4.00 and it's free for any order over £40. The cost of delivery is fixed and is not based on the quantity of products delivered. For the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program members, the shipping is free of charge.

    We would like you to inform you that any shipping costs paid upon checkout already include import duties, and there are not any additional fees to pay to receive your parcel.

  • How long does it take for the order to be delivered?

    Delivery with standard shipping service will take place within 10 working days from the day the order is shipped. Delivery with express service will take place within 3 working days from the day the order is shipped. If you choose to collect your order at one of our stores, your order will be delivered for free within 4-5 business days. During some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order might be delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines. Also, please note that at the moment we do not ship to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Gibraltar and Jersey.

  • How can I return my order?

    You can return your online order via carrier or to one of our stores. To return via carrier, you can use the label we provided for you with your order. Please read more about the return procedure on our Returns and Refunds page.

  • How will I receive my refund?

    The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your return request (provided that we have received the returned items or that you have given us a proof of having sent them to us) or alternatively, after you will deliver the returned products to the store or to a pick up point.

  • What is "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty card and what are the benefits of signing up?

    It is a loyalty program which, through a collection of points on a card called "Calzedonia Lover", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account).   • How can I find out about the availability of a certain item in the store?

    Access the product of your interest through the site, select "SEARCH " (if the button is active), choose your size, and click on "CHECK AVAILABILITY". You can use the map to locate the store closest to you. In addition, you can also contact the store directly for more information. We remind you that the availability is updated every 30 minutes.

  • What is the return policy for items bought in-store?

    We hope you love our products and enjoy your purchase!
    However, any items bought in UK stores that you find unsatisfactory may be returned or exchanged for items of the same value at any Calzedonia store in the UK, by presenting the original receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    The garment must be unworn and intact including the original label/packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, accessories cannot be returned.
    This does not affect your statutory rights.
