You can register for the programme at your preferred store. You will receive a virtual card by email, which will also be available at any time in your online account and in all loyalty programme communications. You can save the card in your mobile wallet for easy access at all times.

Alternatively, you can sign up via the website or app. By creating an online account, you'll be automatically registered for our Calzedonia Lover loyalty programme.

You can also register by contacting Customer Service.

In the event of loss or theft of your Card, you should visit any participating Calzedonia store to request a replacement. After verifying your identification details, the lost or stolen Card will be cancelled.

You can freely request to be cancelled from the loyalty programme at any time by contacting Customer Service at the email hello@calzedonia.com
If you have a Calzedonia Lover account and want to delete it, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the "MY DATA" section.
3. Click on "DELETE ACCOUNT". Deleting your account will also delete your loyalty programme membership.
