You can register for the programme at your preferred store. You will receive a virtual card by email, which will also be available at any time in your online account and in all loyalty programme communications. You can save the card in your mobile wallet for easy access at all times.

Alternatively, you can sign up via the website or app by creating an account and joining the loyalty programme. If you already have an account, simply go to the “My Account” section to complete your registration.

In case you are having issues completing registration to our Calzedonia Lover loyalty program, you can contact our customer service via e-mail, chat, and social media.

In the event of loss or theft of your Card, you should visit any participating Calzedonia store to request a replacement. After verifying your identification details, the lost or stolen Card will be cancelled.

You can freely request to be cancelled from the loyalty programme at any time by contacting Customer Service at the email hello@calzedonia.com or by entering your Calzedonia Lover reserved area.
