From 10 June 2026, the Calzedonia Lover programme is evolving to offer a simpler, more immediate experience.
1. What is changing in the Calzedonia Lover programme from 10 June?
We have decided to eliminate the tiered structure and point collection to offer you more immediate benefits. You will no longer need to accumulate points to unlock rewards: you will receive surprises and dedicated promotions directly in your account, with no more waiting.
2. What happens to the points I have accumulated so far?
Point collection will end on 3 June. You will be able to view your updated points balance in your reserved area until 9 June. On 10 June, with the launch of the new programme, no longer based on points, the counter will be removed.
3. I have coupons already unlocked. Can I still use them?
Absolutely yes! All the coupons already earned through the previous system remain valid and can still be used. You may continue to redeem them for your purchases until their natural expiry date, which you can view in your profile or in the email/SMS where the coupon was issued.
4. I am close to reaching the threshold for a new coupon. What do you recommend?
We recommend completing your purchases and reaching your desired threshold as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than 3 June 2026. From 4 June 2026, it will no longer be possible to accumulate points on your purchases.
5. Is it normal that I am still receiving communications related to the old programme?
Yes, even after point collection has ended, our systems will continue processing and delivering all the benefits you have earned. As a result, you may receive emails relating to coupons unlocked in the final days of the programme. This ensures that every benefit is correctly issued and available for you to use before its expiry date.
6. What are the benefits that remain active?
Your favourite privileges aren't changing! Even with the new programme, you will continue to enjoy:
Birthday Discount: a special gift for your day.
Dedicated Promotions: access to exclusive offers throughout the year.
Free Shipping: always included for your online orders.
7. How can I access the new benefits from 10 June?
It will be very simple. You won't have to do anything: by continuing to use your account in stores or logging in online, the system will recognise your "Calzedonia Lover" profile and automatically apply the benefits and surprises available at that time.
8. Why are there no more levels (Follower, Friend, Fan)?
We want every Calzedonia customer to feel special from day one. By removing tiers, we make rewards more accessible to everyone, eliminating the need to progress through levels to unlock better benefits.
9. Will my registration data remain valid?
Yes, your login credentials, order history, and personal data will remain unchanged. The change only affects how loyalty benefits are delivered.
