Remember that you have up to 14 days from delivery of the order to change your mind and request your return online

On Calzedonia.com you have the opportunity to return the products with the courier.

Follow the steps below:

  • 1 Go to "ORDER STATUS AND RETURN" or to your account page.
  • 2 Fill out the return form online and select "RETURN WITH COURIER". Select the pick up day and time that you prefer, the courier will arrange the return pick up accordingly.
  • 3 Please make sure there is someone at home on the selected pick up day. Calzedonia will cover the return costs.
  • 4 You will be refunded by the original payment method you have used to place your online order once your items arrived to our warehouse and your return has been approved.
