• How much is shipping and who delivers my order?

  The price for standard delivery is 28 HKD. Deliveries are always free of charge for purchases over 400 HKD and for members of Calzedonia Lover fidelity program.
  
  However, please consider that some outlying islands deliveries require extra fees: - Deliveries to Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland will be surcharged 90 HKD; - Deliveries to Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island will be surcharged 300 HKD.

• What is delivery time for my online order?

  Shipment to your delivery address with Kerry Logistics is 1 working day.

• How can I track my order?

  The tracking number can be found by entering the order number and your surname in the FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN section and clicking on "TRACK DELIVERY".

• Can I place an order online and ship it to another country?

  Yes, it is possible to place an order online and ship it to a country other than yours. To do this, you should first select the desired destination country from the menu you will find in the footer of our site. We remind you that billing address and shipping address may refer to different countries, but also that in the country where you would like to deliver your parcel, prices and commercial conditions may be different.

• Can I choose the time and date of delivery?

  No, please make sure that someone is present at the chosen delivery address.
