CALZEDONIA USA INC., a company subject to the management and coordination of Oniverse Holding SpA, with registered office at 1359 Broadway, Suite 1010, New York, New York 10018. (“Calzedonia”), provides loyalty promotions available to customers who wish to participate at "Calzedonia" stores and on the website www.calzedonia.com.
To participate, a customer must enroll in the loyalty program which will include the issuance of a Calzedonia loyalty card (the "Card").Use of the Card is governed by the following conditions (the "Rules")
By enrolling in the loyalty program and activation of the Card Customer's accepts and abides by s the Rules.
Calzedonia reserves the right to modifythe Rules from time to time. Any modifications to the Rules will be effective 10 days after their publication on www.calzedonia.com.
A "Recipient Customer" has the right to be removed from the Loyalty Program at any time by notifying the Company in writing.
Calzedonia also reserves the right to suspend, temporarily or permanently, at any time, the Loyalty Program, by giving notice thereof on its website www.calzedonia.com and/or in store

2. Participation Channels

All "Calzedonia" branded stores, whether managed directly by Calzedonia (so-called "direct stores") or affiliated and, therefore, managed by other legal entities (so-called "affiliated stores"), that participate in the initiative by displaying the relevant advertising and informational material. The list of stores participating in the Loyalty Program can be viewed on the e-commerce website www.calzedonia.com.

4. Type / Name / Purpose of the initiative / Duration

This is a promotional initiative consisting of a loyalty program that grants exclusive benefits to holders of the digital card called "Calzedonia Lover" (the "Card"). The purpose of the initiative is to build customer loyalty through a loyalty program that grants benefits to Customers who hold the "Calzedonia Lover" card. The "Calzedonia Lover" card does not expire unless otherwise noted.

5. Target Audience

Adult customers, ages 18 and up, who have enrolled in the Loyalty Program and hold aCard in accordance with the terms herein. Minors under the age of 18 are ineligible to enroll in the Loyalty Program or hold a Card.

6. Registration Methods

The card may be issued to the Customer in digital format directly at the point of sale by accessing the website www.calzedonia.com/us/loyaltylanding or by contacting customer care at hello@calzedonia.com.
Enrollment for the "Calzedonia Lover" loyalty program will require the creation of a "Calzedonia Lover" account that will allow the Customer to access their personal account page on the brand's e-commerce site.
Loyalty Program and the use of the Card are in compliance with privacy regulations. The Calzedonia Lover Card is personal and non-transferable. Each Customer may not activate more than one Card at a time. The Calzedonia Lover Card is for personal and non-commercial use only.
The Customer may request to be removed from the loyalty program at any time by contacting customer care at hello@calzedonia.com, or by accessing the website www.calzedonia.com/us/loyaltylanding.

7. Operating Methods

The Card will give the customer access to the opportunity to benefit from discounts, promotions, and special initiatives, which will be communicated from time to time. The Customer may show their Card to the store staff, either by presenting the physical Card or virtual Card on the APP. By enrolling in the Loyalty Program, the Customer accepts these rules and consents to receiving communications which will be sent to the contact details provided in the Loyalty Program registration form. If the Customer does not provide contact details, the Customer will not receive communications related to the Loyalty Program.

8. Benefits

Customers holding the Calzedonia Lover Card will be eligible for variousdiscounts, promotions, prizes, and dedicated special initiatives, which will be communicated from time to time, at the discretion of Calzedonia. Customer must present the Card where accepted to qualify for such.
Current benefits of the Loyalty Program, subject to change at the discretion of Calzedonia at any time:

  • Free shipping on e-commerce purchases;
  • E-commerce returns are free;
  • Customers will receive a 30% discount voucher on the Customer's birthday, valid for 31 days from the date of the birthday and cannot be combined with sales and other promotions;

9. Program Interruption – Card Deactivation - Miscellaneous

    Calzedonia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt the Calzedonia loyalty program and its related services at any time and at its own discretion.
    Notice of such modifications, suspensions, or interruptions will be given via the website www.calzedonia.com and/or in-store at the participating points of sale.
    Calzedonia may revoke the Customer's right to use the Card and deactivate it in case of use of the Card in violation of the conditions set out in these Rules or in case of abusive use or use detrimental to the image and brand "Calzedonia".
    Furthermore, subject to prior notice, Calzedonia reserves the right to deactivate the Card and the related activation/registration in case of non-use of the Card or Customer inactivity for a period exceeding 5 years. In the event of revocation and deactivation, the Customer will no longer be eligible for benefits and services of the Calzedonia Loyalty Program.
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CALZEDONIA USA INC., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Calzedonia Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Program Access: Your ability or inability to access or use the loyalty program.
  • Technical Failures: Any malfunction, error, omission, interruption, or delay in platform operation.
  • Reward Changes: The suspension, modification, or termination of the program or any specific rewards (including exclusive fashion drops, tier statuses, or points value).
  • Unauthorized Access: Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account, points balance, or personal data.
  • In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Calzedonia Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to the loyalty program exceed the lesser of: (a) the total dollar amount spent by Customer on qualifying purchases through the program in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.00.

2. Indemnity (Hold Harmless)

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CALZEDONIA USA INC. and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, claims, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Terms Violation: Your breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
  • Account Misuse: Any fraudulent activity, misuse of rewards, or unauthorized sharing of your loyalty account credentials.
  • Third-Party Rights: Your violation of any third-party right, including privacy or intellectual property rights, in connection with the Loyalty Program.
Calzedonia is not responsible for any fraudulent, improper, or abusive use of the Card.
