1. What is changing in the Calzedonia Lover program from June 10?
We have decided to eliminate the tiered structure and point collection to offer you more immediate benefits. You will no longer need to accumulate points to unlock rewards: you will receive surprises and dedicated promotions directly in your account, without any more waiting.


2. What happens to the points I have accumulated so far?
Point collection will end on June 3. You can view your updated points balance in your reserved area until June 9. On June 10, with the launch of the new program that no longer involves the use of points, the counter will be reset to zero.


3. I have coupons already unlocked, can I still use them?
Absolutely yes! All the coupons you have already earned with the previous system remain valid and usable. You can continue to use them for your purchases until their natural expiration date (which you can check in your profile, or in the email/SMS communication related to the coupon).


4. I am close to reaching the threshold for a new coupon, what do you recommend?
We suggest you complete your purchases and reach the desired threshold as soon as possible and in any case no later than June 3, 2026. From June 4, 2026, it will no longer be possible to accumulate points with your purchases.


5. Is it normal that I am still receiving communications related to the old program?
Absolutely yes! Even during the days when point collection has stopped, our systems continue to work to deliver everything you are entitled to. Therefore, you may receive emails regarding new coupons that you unlocked during the very last days of the program's activity. We want to ensure that every benefit of yours is delivered correctly and that you can use it before its expiration!


6. What are the benefits that remain active?
Your favorite privileges aren't changing! Even with the new program, you will continue to enjoy:
Birthday Discount: a special gift for your day.
Dedicated Promotions: access to exclusive offers throughout the year.
Free Shipping: always included for your online orders.


7. How can I access the new benefits from June 10?
It will be very simple. You won't have to do anything: by continuing to identify yourself in stores or by logging in online, the system will recognize your "Calzedonia Lover" profile and automatically apply the benefits and surprises available at that time.


8. Why are there no more levels (Follower, Friend, Fan)?
We want every Calzedonia customer to feel special from day one. By eliminating levels, we make rewards more accessible to everyone, removing the need to "climb" a ranking to get better benefits.


9. Will my registration data remain valid?
Yes, your login credentials, your order history, and your personal data will remain unchanged. The change only concerns the way loyalty benefits are provided.
