You can check the status of the order at any time by entering the "ORDERS" section, after logging in to your "My Calzedonia" account. If you have not registered with calzedonia.com, you can directly access the "TRACK/RETURN YOUR ORDER" section. In this case, you will have to enter the order number and the surname indicated at the time of purchase. In this section, you can check and monitor your order through the "track shipment" section.
The modification of orders is, unfortunately, not possible in our system. You have the possibility to cancel your order directly from Order Status within 15 minutes from the purchase. We remind you that the order cancellation is not possible for orders paid with Gift card. If you do not want to keep the goods, you can send the order back for free upon receipt. See the "Return" section for more information.
Price for 2 - 4 working days express delivery is €8.95. Standard delivery with UPS is 4,95€ (free for ""My Intimissimi"" loyalty program members). Delivery to pick up point is 6,95 € and free for orders over 75€.
Order before 14:00 (Italian time) and your goods will be delivered at your chosen address within 2 - 4 working days (express delivery) or within 4 working days (standard delivery). Any order placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day. We would also like to inform you that during the holidays and the sales period, your purchase could be delayed on shipping. We also inform you that during some special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our continuous efforts to comply with the established deadlines.
To request the return, you can always access the status of the order by visiting the "ORDERS" section after signing in to your "My Calzedonia" account. If you are not registered with Calzedonia.com, you can directly access the TRACK/RETURN YOUR ORDER section. You will find the details of your order under the "RETURN" button and should complete the form only by selecting the item, the quantity, and the reason. The return is possible with the carrier.
You will be refunded through the same payment method you have chosen for online purchase. The refund will be made in the shortest possible time and will not take longer than 14 business days (for orders purchased with a credit card and PayPal).
At the moment, it is not possible to purchase an e-gift card online.
Gift card as a payment option is currently not available on our website.
Calzedonia offers the gift wrapping service. In the final stage of your purchase, you can choose which items to include in the gift box or if you would like to receive the gift kit to proceed with the DIY package.
It is a loyalty program which, through a collection of points on a card called "Calzedonia Lover", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account).
