RETURN WITH THE CARRIER
  • How can I return items from an online order?

    Buy from calzedonia.com, try the items, and if you change your mind, return them to us by carrier.
    Follow these steps to complete the return:

    • 1) Complete the return form that you can find by accessing your “Calzedonia Lover" account. If you are not registered on Calzedonia.com, you can directly access the “Follow your order / return” section at the bottom of the page.

    • 2) Complete the online return form and select the return address. Note that the first return made by carrier is always free for subscribers to our loyalty program.

    • 3) Prepare the package and schedule the pickup date with carrier, who will pick up the products directly from the address you provided.

    • 4) Once your items arrive in the warehouse and your return is approved, you will be refunded according to the payment method selected during the return request online.

  • Where can I find the return label?

    You can find the label by simply going to the homepage, clicking on FOLLOW YOUR ORDER/RETURN and entering your last name and order number. Select "Return" and then click on the "Download the label" box.

  • UPS did not pick up my package on the arranged day. What should I do?

    Please, contact UPS Customer Service to arrange another pickup date.

  • Can I return different orders in a single shipment?

    Please return each order separately with the corresponding return label in order for the refund to be processed correctly.

  • How and when will I receive the refund for my return?

    The refund will be made using the payment method chosen during the return procedure. The refund will be made within 14 days (for orders made with a Credit Card and PayPal) from when we receive your return to our warehouse.

  • How is my refund processed if I payed with Scalapay?

    If you returned the whole order, once the return is approved the installments you had paid for will be refunded and the remaining installments will be cancelled. In case you returned only a few items, the refund will be deducted from your remaining installments.

  • How can I return items from an online order to a Calzedonia store?

    Order at calzedonia.com and try on your products. If this does not meet your expectations, you can return the goods for free in the store within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
    If you want to return the products in a Calzedonia shop, just follow these steps:

    • 1) Drop off your items at any Calzedonia point of sale in Belgium.

    • 2) You will have the option to choose between exchanging the item (s) or getting a refund.

    • 3) If you opt for a refund, you have the choice between several refund methods among those accepted at the point of sale where you have decided to make your return.

    • We would like to point out that the point of sale is not required to return the amount of your return in cash.

  • Can I exchange the items from my order in the store?

    Currently, we do not perform a carrier exchange service. However, we are happy to inform you that it is now possible to exchange / return items purchased online at any Calzedonia point of sale in Belgium. You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to return the products to the store of your choice.
